Atryn
A numbness was settled into the cub, and his voice was beginning to sound quite bland and monotone as he looked up to Jerry, his ears drooped to their sides. "You... Took me?" He muttered, blue eyes looking down. There were so many questions in his mind, that really he couldn't comprehend, so he just decided to remain quiet for a few moments, before nudging closer and sinking his face into his friend's paw. "I don't like it here, I liked it better just you and me..."
But that was just the thing, his father was coming for him, and his mother was better, so there wouldn't be any more just him and Jericho... Now it seemed the male was in a different light to him, it somewhere occurred to him that his father wasn't happy about Jerry taking him away. Then again, how close was he to his father? He hadn't even had time to know him that well... But he did miss his mother, he did. "I wanna..." He trailed out, torn between wanting to go to nice, peaceful home again- or stay with his friend he had grown somewhat attached to. The answer came sadly from the little boy, "Jerry... I wanna go home."

Jericho
The silence between Jericho and Atryn was long. No one approached them, they were still off in their own little worlds really. Jericho thought over everything he'd done. He had infiltrated Meurtrier - to get Osic and Zenith. He failed at both of those, so he thought of the next best solution - which was to steal a cub. He hadn't know if the cub had been Nerante's or Cocaine's in the darkness of the den, but he knew as soon as he'd taken him. And it was too late for any thoughts on that. Now however, after a long exhausting run, he had made it to La Morte, to where his home is... Or was, depending on how one looked at it.
Jericho's jaw clenched. He had brought an entire party straight into La Morte's home. He had killed Hajime in the process - Lothaire was sure to hate him for that, and Najisi herself may be disappointed in him. He had promised to look out for the old man after all. On top of it all, once he had gotten here, he'd also killed Asera. Another reason for Najisi to be disappointed with him. It was his fault Meurtrier had gotten here at all to begin with. And on that note... Darrium. Tanzel. Omen. Sinna. Siakon. Vaska. Rasaan. Hell even Reno and Slaughter. They all had reason to loathe him or be disappointed in him. This whole mess was his fault and his alone.
Jericho's eyes snapped up when Atryn began speaking, his voice meek as the little cub pushed his face into the fur of his own paw. He dipped his head low to Atryn, pressing his own head softly to the little cubs' own, his mane drapping over Atryn. "I liked it better when it was just us too..." He murmured softly, but his chest constricted harshly when Atryn told him he wanted to go home, and clenching his eyes shut tightly, he wrapped his paw around Atryn and hugged the cub to him tightly, surprised at himself how attached he grown of the cub in a short time.
"I'm sorry Atryn. I'm so sorry. For all of this. You'll go home. I promise you will soon as the month is over." He told him, his voice still soft as he spoke to him. 'And maybe I'll take my own leave too. After all, there's no way the pride would want to see my face around here after today.' He thought to himself. [/blockquote]

Victor was growing weary, from both blood loss and the constant bustle of activity. His mouth still throbbed terribly, but that was simply a minor distraction at this point. He walked away from Najisi's little spot and tired, rubies sought out every injured body. He then started herding each to his den. While his step were deliberate now, He was still strong enough to drag or carry anyone he needed to. He could carry twice his own body weight rather easily, and considering he weighed about as much as an elephant, he could carry many, so long as he could balance them.
When he finally had everyone in his den, he sent those in the worst condition of to their own little cavern within his den. He started mixing herbs to send those worst off into a painless slumber. At the same time, he was mixing painkillers for everyone else and making sure he had things for Najisi as well.
Dion is still blind with mommy and Sardon is staying away from anyone injured or sickly.

Najisi Kain The tired ess was releived to see Reno watching over her. Keeping guard. She was on her side, letting nine cubs jostle for four teats. When one seemed to have enough, Naji would move them away so that another could feed. She had taken are of large litters before. She knew how to feed them all. "Reno.. You can come see them.. There were ten.. Nine made it." She said quietly. Her mind was exhausted as well. She had, out of desperation, told Coke to meet her to exchange Atryn. But now.. Asera.. The tenth cub.. Two of her cubs Meurtrier had killed. Then there was Osic, Zenith and Carnal. Meur took them as well. Najisi didn't want to give Atryn up. Not anymore. Meur needed to pay for what they had done. Perhaps she would speak to the cub. Tell him the truth of his birth pride. Plant the seeds of betrayal. Just as they had done to her daughter. "Two of them.. look a lot.. like you.." She panted softly. "Reno.. What are we going to do? Tanzel, Mizuki, and Omen.. all question my decision.. Challenged my stand against Cocaine.. Meur constantly takes from us... I already tire of this war.. I can't lose anymore.. And in a month.. Coke will return for his cub.. Reno I... The pride is falling apart.. and it's all my fault..."

RENO DONOVAN, NERO II DONOVAN
[/i] Reno had to admit, sometimes, he felt terrible. They were usually horribly outnumbered and the chances of them winning always felt slim. Even when they had won. "I don't think they realize we have Caylis though. If they did, they may not have given up so easily. Doesn't seem like a Meurtrierian thing to do. If.. when.. she does give birth, we'll take her cubs and you can raise them. She'll be trashed and we'll have a little army to raise. Meurtrier won't stand a chance, not for long. We just need to hold out." Reno tried to sound as hopeful as possible, to keep her morale up.[/ul][/blockquote]

Quick post for Seraphina:
The young cub, though blind and deaf, violently nipped at any sibling that came within range as she struggled to reach her mother's belly under the mound of wriggling bodies.
