For the rest of the conversation he seemed to simply listen along, giving a small nod. He went quiet afterwards, at least until her recent question was risen. His gaze followed to where she was looking; a blueberry bush (or bushes). Brows furrowed, turning to her. "Excuse me?" However his lips drew back in a smile. Turning back to the burries, he shook his head slightly. "You have?"

She immediately headed over to the blueberries and used her claws to pick them. The juice dripped down over her claw and she popped one in her mouth. A funny face was made, but she did eat it. But rather than offer one to Funeral right away, she flicked one at him playfully with a grin. The King watched her with eyes narrowed, his expression barely faltering as she ate one. As he rose to follow, he rose his paw to make contact with it whilst in the air and smash it down into the ground.
"You have very strange interests." He shook his head, moving in beside her all the while dragging the paw that was dibbled in blueberry juice along the ground so as to whipe it off. Once near the female, he sat beside her, brows raised as he watched with an unimpressed exterior.

She gathered a few on the ground and then crushed them with her paw. It was sticky, but she used it to paint funny symbols on her fur. "War paints." Ody whispered. "A bit useless in Meurtrier I suppose, but I was once told of animals who crushed berries and other fruits to use the juices to 'paint' their fur. Then they would head to war and use the paint to identify one another in the chaos." She picked a few more and balanced one on her paw. "Always think out of the box -- think fast!" She tossed it at him again. [/ul][/blockquote][/div] Table Coding © Warrah Editing - Kahara "I'm Speaking!' | I'm thinking.

He listened to her, a bit skeptical but definitely listening to her.
"I suppose you're right." He spoke, as though to himself. War paint? The 'paint' he would ever have used was the blood of his enemies.. but to show who's on who's side never seemed to cross him. Perhaps in times like these, it could be useful.
"An interesting concept-" He hissed at the blueberry being tossed, naturally snapping his jaws up and around the berry. When he realized what he did, she spat it out, ears pinned back against his head. "A disgusting treat. For me, anyway." He grumbled, staring at the bushes with brows furrowed.

She stood up and curled her tail in the air with a stretch. "I can only imagine your reaction to bananas." Odysseia had a decent range of knowledge on weird fruits and vegetables. Her home had plenty of them -- her old home, that is. [/ul][/blockquote][/div] Table Coding © Warrah Editing - Kahara "I'm Speaking!' | I'm thinking. "Mmph." Another small grunt, but he couldn't deny the truth in her words.
"'Bananas'? ..I suppose you're right about being more informed and such." He grumbled softly, flicking his tail dismissively.
"A lesson about blueberries and bananas and whatever the hell else you have in those wings of yours another day." He gave a twitch of a good-natured smile before he headed back over to where they previously sat. Whether or not she decided to join him again was up to her.
