Najisi Kain The ess nodded slightly but sighed. It all sucked. She wanted to tell the male about why she was having second thoughts, but felt it'd be best not to. After all, it'd make her look weak. She wondered how long the wait would be. What exactly would even need to happen to stop waiting. Rebellion? No. Najisi had no desire to actively rebel against Funeral or the pride. Now, should someone else.. She wouldn't immediately stop them either. She didn't want harm to come to Fune really. Just.. it'd be real great if Cocaine 'disappeared'. "Of corse. Unfortunately, while time goes by, the 'corruption' spreads." She sneered and shook herself. "It is nice to not be alone. I have thought about leaving. My cubs are old enough to care for themselves within the pride. But I fear leaving. What if Funeral turns on them? Or sends them to kill me? Would they obey?"

Stella Stella was taking a small walk through the lands, seeing as she fancied the grotto's warm soothing waters she headed in that direction. Well trained nostrils caught the scents of the others nearby, she shook her pelt and stood there debating. Stella wasn't much for interacting with others and had never really enjoyed it, but she forced her paws forward. She always did, if she hadn't any interaction how would anyone be convinced she was a committed asset to this pride.
She entered their scene and took a gaze around, she recognized the faces from around the pride but never really got to deeply know any. Ears swerved like radars towards Najisi as she asked these rhetorical questions. Stella's scrunched up her nose, as if disgusted by the smell of something foul. "If raised to be proper killers, then yes. They should follow their orders and kill you, thus proving they are loyal to the pride." Stella was positive if her cubs were given such brutal orders they would carry them out. She hoped so at least, not to die by their paws, because she'd give them little bastards a damn good ass whooping! But, that they would grow into the proper members they are meant to be. Her attention returned to the situation at hand, she wasn't asked her opinion but hey, if it was a group conversation she might as well join in.[/blockquote]

[/i] He muttered beneath his breath to Najisi. In a louder tone he added. "The only thing that proves is that they've no sense of real loyalty, real loyalty lays in blood, in family. Their blood is also their mothers." Spat Reno. He was clearly a little more than annoyed that their conversation had been walked into. Though he began to ponder how much she had heard. Perhaps not much, as she would have had more to say. So he quietly thanked Dante for that. [/ul][/blockquote]

((I'll likely reply soon but I'm confused.. Did Stella barge into the cave and hear Naji speak? They're in the Grotto itself, the others are outside the cave. So, I'm just confused as how Stella heard her when she just came upon the group (whos outside. o.o)? ))

(( I still need to reply, dksjljf allow me to do that ![8D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/insane.png) yes Circa is also outside )) Circa Da'ei XemvoiHer ears turned towards some loud voices in the grotto but tried to put it aside, feeling a great need to focus at the moment, though that was very hard to ask of her. Looking back to Zalui now that it seemed she had his attention, she took a breath in and sighed. "Cocaine's always seems busy with things and his- well mostly Funeral's cubs- and I'd like to train under someone who has the rank I want in the future, would it be too much to ask if... You taught me a lesson or two?"
Her ears folded down and she looked up to him; not with a smile because, she knew that would never sway the big brute in any way, but she hoped she had already found no reason for him to decline. She wished to be a spy as well, and who better to go to then her own father for a lesson?

Claws unsheathed with agitation as Stella barged into the cave, a slight hiss of aggravation tinging his tongue. But he had enough, it seemed. Without another word, the ebony, winged King set away from his previous spot, kicking over dust and debris from his previous path, as to not be followed. [/blockquote]

Zalui | Osic
A brow rose to the youth's question. In a way he found her request of him quite amusing. "Very well." His voice was gruff as he lazily licked back any misplaced whiskers. Yellows swept to to the side as movement was seen. "Spies of Meurtrier are the ears and eyes of shadow. Rarely do we participate in warfare and battle. For if we do it only makes infiltration much more difficult later." The movement that he had spotted was unmistakable. The crimson wings, dark pelt and careless motions were a clear indication as to who it was. Gaze slid back to Circa, flaming with a hint of orange. "Our steps go unheard. Our scent goes unditected. Our presence always unfelt." Slowly he stood and padded toward the hill that lay a little ways away. "Now, up this hill is your oblivious target." A slight smile wormed onto Zalui's face. "Make your way up and close enough to observe and listen. I will give you ten minutes, Circa. Once your time is up you will report back to me and tell me everything you learn" Ending his instruction for now, he seated himself steadily, eyes locked on his daughter, waiting for her to begin.

Circa Da'ei Xemvoi
Her heart rose as he accepted, and she briefly cracked an excited smile. She murmured a thank you as he spoke, but as the mission was already being revealed to her, the red teen's face became ready and determined. She stood tall and her ears swiveled, followed shortly by her eyes, to her oblivious target. Circa almost couldn't stifle a playful growl deep down at the notice it was Osic, whom she had played with before.
She processed all Zalui said to her, feeling somewhat pressured but putting it deep into her mind so as not to be self-conscious more then she needed to be. Her excited outlook became serious immediately, and her face relaxed as she started up the hill in a light-footed walk, feeling for every object or loose rock that could cause them to tumble down, then sinking into a soft crouch as she slid like a snake into the grassier part, just above the hill enough to peek her head over, to observe the other teen. Feeling the sense of time weighing on her, she stuck her baby blues on him like a burr.
Learn, she thought, hoping he would do something worth learning as she watched him.

Najisi Kain The ess was rather unhappy about this intrusion. Evden more so when the other fae went on about loyalties. Naji recognized this as the mate of Cocaine. Bah. How he even had one was beyond her. They weren't the best parents either. Raising a cub only with strict laws and training can't be good for them. "I don't believe we asked for your opinion." Najisi sneered and glared at the other ess. First Brynn, now Stella. Why was everyone even coming here!? It was a volcanic cave. In no way was this place desirable! "Loyalty to blood should override loyalty to pride. In the end. If the pride dies, all you have is your family. Something that has been forgotten far too much recently." She sighed and turned back to Reno. She gave a silent nod to him. She really would like to talk more with him. Just not in such a 'popular' place next time.

[/i] He said. Somewhere more private, He thought to himself. Without another word he headed for the Grotto's exit, assuming that Najisi would be following. They could further discuss their plans and annoyances elsewhere, away from the so-called company of others. It was too warm in the volcanic cave anyway.[/ul][/blockquote]

Zalui | Osic
Heaving a small sigh Zalui slowly lowered himself into a lay. His gaze followed his daughter until he could see her no longer. Once she was out of view his tail began to tap in rhythm to keep track of the time he had set for her. An ear twitched to the sounds of voices. Zalui turned his head toward the mouth of the cave in time to barely see the red male exit. The shadowed demon watched for a heartbeat more before looking away to count the passing seconds.
Wings fluttered for a minute before settling to the young male's sides. Three mice darted about him as he tried desperately to catch one. Osic growled as he went along, wings frequently extending fully before pressing again to his pelt. A paw slammed down on a rodent yet not hard enough to do much damage to it. As Osic lowered his head to finish off his snack a feeling of unease made him pause. Slowly he raised his head, letting his eyes scan the area around him. Mouth opened some in a pant before his lips upturned in a weird snarl, the sensory organs on the roof of his mouth testing the air. Orbs snapped to the grass. A hint of something caught his attention. Yet, before he could analyze it any further the mouse under him paw dug its teeth into his pad. Giving a mewl of mixed pain and surprise, Osic lifted his paw and kicked the creature away from him.

Stella
Stella smirked at Najisi, "Well, I'm sure I have the option to voice my opinion nevertheless." Stella didn't look at either of the two as they passed her, shrugging to herself. Well, at least she had the cave to herself now.
