LEONTIYEV She gave a small shake of her head. As much as she wanted to dump a lot of what had happened in the past week or so, she didn't want to burden her little brother with even more information. And she was holding it together surprisingly enough, but she'd been one to not display her emotions.. at least, in the times of calm.
Leontiyev just gave him a small smile back. "Nah.. it's probably enough of a shock seeing me, lest you get burdened with my issues. Speaking of shock, I'm shocked to see you all the way out here. What the hell is happening back home anyway?"
Of course, she could care less.. but the fact was if her brother, if she recalled correctly, was the loyal and hard working Prince of the pride had left.. things must be really bad. And if they were, well.. she had no sympathy. It was her home, where she was born and she had a fair share of good as well as bad memories and even if she would never go back, she was still curious to know reasons why.

DIMITRI
He said, not willing to push the issue anymore. But she wasn't. Leontiyev wanted to know what had brought him out here.. which was fair enough. "The usual.. Giovanni and Malvaca have come together to debate. Decided war wasn't our expertise and that the patch of land should be verbally fought over. Everything's locked up and no one can present an argument that's not been heard before. I was hopeful outsiders could offer new insight.. something no Malvaca or Giovanni has heard before.. so far, no such luck." He hung his head. "Unless you've got something." [/ul][/blockquote]

LEONTIYEV MALVACA II Surprise overtook Leontiyev's face as she listened to Dimitri go on about the war back home.. or now, lack thereof. "You're shittin' me?!" She exclaimed. "Negotiations? Bantering and arguing with each other? Wow, that's new.. but I sincerely doubt that'll last long before fights break out. Honestly Dimitri, you're wasting your time if you're looking for input. They can't stay out of fighting, both sides. I'm just glad I'm part of a war I actually care about."

LEONTIYEV She didn't really wanna talk about the war.. wasn't it enough that she was dedicated to the cause. Because she wasn't as hell dedicated to her own home, and that was telling enough. But nonetheless, she just shrugged.
"Traitors took off from here, formed their own pride, think they're better than Meurtrier even though they were all born here.. heh, kinda ironic when I say it. Anyway.. we're all on edge about it."

LEONTIYEV MALVACA II
"Yeeeah." She answered through her teeth, disappointed that she wouldn't be able to help her poor brother out. She looked around nervously, not wanting for Dimitri to get found and caught up in the tensions. It was hard enough as it was to trust outsiders. And although he was her brother, that was of little evidence to the royals.
"So.. what are you going to do now, Dimitri? Move on? You're welcome to rest here on the border, if you want," She looked to the side again. "I can go scavenge some leftover food and show you the waterhole and we can sit and talk, if you want. If you wanna move on.. that's.. fine too, I guess.."
