The spotted male raised a brow to the female with a chuckle before that faltered... damn it! Where was Rah and Sinn?! He looked around and gasped. "Oh no! Where are Sinn and Rah? I must see Zeitgeist about this! I apologize about this, sweet Ravyn, Jack. But this is important. We'll go around later." he said quickly before zooming off with the young Voodanian demonic cub sprinting after him. "W-wait Jasper! We can help you, right sis?" he said, turning to his sister, hoping that she would agree.
With that, the spotted male zoomed over to Zeitgeist before quickly bowing and lashed his tail. "M'lord.. I really don't mean to be rude of the sort but.. it's Rah and Sinn.. I can't find them anywhere! I'd be a horrible father and now I don't know what to do, m'lord.. I'm so sorry. What is your suggestion?" he said, almost blurting it all out but after that, he took deep breaths and calmed down, Zeit would know what to do.

Suture & Rah
"Thank you..." The lioness breathed, softly smiling at the father of her cubs. He would take care of it, she hoped. She at least had faith in him as a leader, not to mention they were his cubs as well, and if they were in danger... Well surely he would jump to help them or fix the problem, as any attentive father would- she simply hoped he understood her qualms with his other little brat son. Little did she know, though- that the deed was already committed and done. Two of her cubs were now lost out in the Savannah, alone.
As Jasper busted into the scene, her golden eyes widened with immediate alarm. Wasn't he supposed to be watching the cubs, what happened? Why isn't he with them now? The poor male hardly got a word out of actual explanation before Suture was upon him like a fly on dead flesh. "YOU LOST MY CUBS?" She roared threateningly, likely loud enough for the whole pride to hear her sheer annoyance at the spotted male. Only a few seconds ago, she had spoken to Zeitgeist of the fear that Chronic would hurt her cubs, and now they were GONE? The lioness couldn't believe it, and she raised a paw- ready to bat the shit out of the ditsy male, yet stopped herself. Shoving off of Jasper, her tail lashed. "Where did you see them last? Or were you even paying attention?"
Rah was just as happy to play as well- eager to hide, explore with his older brother, everything! But as he scrambled to his hiding place, giggling away- he saw Chronic go much further than Rah thought was... Comfortable. He waited for a while... And waited... And waited, but Chronic never returned from the area that he disappeared to, and now Rah was getting bored. Some game, he hissed, turning around and out of the brush to find his other sibling. Only then did he realize... He was completely unfamiliar with everything, and the vastness of the Savannah made him shake slightly. this didn't feel right, at all, had Chronic went back to camp without them? "S-sinn, Chronic hasn't come back yet... I think we should go home." He mewed, looking around the brush for any sign of his litter mate, slowly becoming more and more frantic as he received no such sign. A buzzard perched in a tree nearby made his little pelt prickle, and he just wanted to find Sinn... "Sinn, please come out, we aren't playing anymore."

Jack immediately went into the den and shivered by his sister. "Gosh.. mother can be scary when she's angry..." he whimpered before shrugging. "What do you think father's gonna do?" he said with a grin to his father, he wanted to be just like him when he grew up!
The spotted male gulped and obeyed his leader's command, edging away from Suture bit by bit, he knew that Suture could get angry and when she's angry... she is PISSED. And when she was pissed, it wasn't easy to cool her down! With that, the male called for the cubs. "Sinn? Rah? Where are you?" he called as loud as he could, hoping he wouldn't irritate Suture even further.
Hanso made his way up to his lord and bowed before waiting for the others patiently before nodding to him in respect and standing up calmly.

Sinn | Chronic | Evolette
Sinn had finished counting and searched for his brother feverishly. When the minutes ticked by with nothing to show for his efforts Sinn eventually gave up and plopped himself beside a nice sized rock. Little brown ears perked when someone called his name. Sinn stood up and looked around. Had Chronic finally come back? The cub trotted in Rah's direction before he stumbled into him through the taller grasses. A yelp of surprise escaped him before he smiled. "What are you doing here?" He questioned. Eyes scanned around for Chronic but found nothing.
Chronic had not gone entirely unseen as he had wanted. A pair of pale sea foam eyes peered at the young male from afar. Evolette approached the male before taking a nonchalant seat beside his perch. "So where are the cubs?" Her tongue rasped daintily over her claws, eyes glimpsing at him from the side. Surprise shot through Chronic as he lifted his head to face the demonic 'ess. He had planned to play innocent, planned on not knowing anything. But after a few minutes he realized the expression on his face had already betrayed him. "Um.. I.. You see.." His mind drew a blank. All his actions now came crashing down on him. If he was this dumb founded with someone he hardly knew what the hell was he expecting if he was going to confront Zeigeist. Evolette gave a soft sigh as her paw returned to the ground. "Seeing Rah run passed got me curious as to where he was going. Then I saw Sinn and then.." Her eyes peered harder at Chronic as if to emphasis. Again he stumbled over words before gasping out a full sentence. "You're going to tell my father... aren't you?" There was no point. She already knew and lying now would do no good. "I do believe I should. Don't you? I mean, they're only cubs. Their parents deserve to know so that they can retrieve them." She paused, staring out over the savannah. "But their job would be much easier if someone could tell them where their children are." Crow stared at his paws, ears slowly lowering more and more. If she was trying to guilt trip him it was surely working wonders. A roar sounded and both demonics turned their heads simultaneously. Evolette stood and began walking toward the Dominant. She looked back and paused, waiting. Chronic eventually took the hint, leapt from his rock and trudged after her.
The two arrived just as the cubs were sent back to the den and Suture was told to go with Jasper. Clever boy. Evolette smiled inwardly. So he was going to let Jasper take the blame. Halting beside Hanso the female gave a brief look back at Chronic before looking hard at Zeigeist. There was no way she was going to say something out in front of a raging Suture.

Suture & Rah
"I'll try my best." She muttered lowly, glaring at the spotted male briefly before she leaped into action, running into the Savannah and golden optics scanning intensely. "Rah! Sinn! Where are you?" she yowled, trying not to sound too fierce- if she sounded angry, they might just keep hiding. Instead she sounded desperate, worried, as if to guilt the cubs out of coming out. She didn't know how far away they were though, but she knew if they didn't find them quick enough, night would fall.
Rah looked at his brother, with his ears folded down, as if he said something oblivious. "Chronic left. I saw him run away!" He mewed, looking shiftily around their surrounding. "I dunno where we are- and mama will be mad as a snake if we don't go back before dark... I really don't wanna see that, so I'mma try to find a way back." Rah turned, looking around once again outside of the brush. Nothing looked familiar, but he put on a brave face.

RAVYN & ZEITGEIST
[/i] She trailed off and huffed. Zeitgeist's ears flickered slightly as others arrived; and his son, Chronic. Good. "Hanso, Evolette, go together to find the cubs. Chronic, come with me." He flicked his tail and moved down to help find the cubs. Inside, Fable was assumed to still be in the den and with the cubs. They would be okay. Zeitgeist glanced at Chronic. "So," He began. "Any idea where your half siblings may be?"[/ul][/blockquote]

Evolette | Chronic | Sinn
The brown 'ess sent Zeitgeist a nod, slipped a sidelong glance to Chronic then turned to Hanso. "We should probably follow Jasper and Suture. Take a sweep of the area he took the cubs." Before she and the gray male moved away she looked again to the father and son. Hopefully Chronic would learn his lesson.
Chronic gulped silently. He shot Evolette a look. She hadn't ratted him out. Why? But there wasn't much time to dwell on it before he was called after his father. He could lie. Easily. Follow his plan and let Jasper take the fall but what if they found the cubs? Surely they would say he had been with them. This thought hadn't crossed his mind until now. If female hadn't given him away the cubs most likely would. What else could he say? Fear, guilt, shame and embarrassment were beginning to set in. His head snapped up as he looked into Zeigeist's red gaze. Why not just stretch the truth some? The only liability with that was Evolette countering his statements with her finding him on a rock and unworried. But she hadn't given him away. This was his only hope. Crow didn't know if he could live knowing his father was dissapointed with him. "I... Um... Yes. Yes and no. Sinn didn't go with Jasper. He found me and he wanted to play. I had nothing better to do and Suture wasn't around to give me death glares so I took him out to play hide and seek. I-I think Rah followed us." What else? That was in fact the truth. The relief of telling the truth was so sweet that he had no problem continuing. Of course leaving out that he had had ulterior motives. "I guess I got carried away... I not used to playing with other cubs.. It was easy to forget that they're so much younger than me. I wasn't thinking that they couldn't keep up with me. I lost them... It wasn't Jasper. It was me. I didn't say anything because because I was afraid Suture would blame me for much worse..." He finally stopped, taking a shaky breath. Guilt was still within him. He had lied to his father. The only person that had ever been there for him. It ate him up. the truth sat bitterly on his tongue but he kept silent.
Eyes stared through the grass and across the plains along with Rah. He too didn't want to see his mother angered. It was never a pretty sight. "Which way should we go?" Like his brother, Sinn recognized nothing. "I'm sure Chronic didn't mean to lose us..." He whispered as he searched.

ZEITGEIST
[/i] The dominant paused to turn and face his son. His eyes were stern, but gentle. Zeitgeist was about to confront his son about what Suture had mentioned, but figured it could wait until later. He turned to walk again. "If you lost them, why didn't you come to get help right away? Suture may be cruel, but at least we'd have had a head start on getting the cubs back."[/ul][/blockquote]

Hanso nodded to the Forest Demonic with a grin before heading up towards his son and Suture. With that, he cleared his throat. "Sinn! Rah!" he roared before his son flattened his ears.. damn, his father could be loud when roaring but it was for the best.
Jack trailed off and hopped off to the top of the large rock formation before grinning, and roaring. "Brothers! Where are you?" Well.. his roar wasn't really the best but.. at least it was louder than before.

Rah & Suture
"Puh..." He huffed, sniffing around as he looked for a way to go, sighing as he couldn't seem to find anything that was marked in his brain as familiar. His slinking under the undergrowth the whole time, focusing on his targets, rendered him unable to recognize anything defining the way they had came. Looking to his brother, hsi red eyes gleamed as he reached an idea. "Stay here, in the brush- I'mma go try and find the way to camp..." He mewed, hesitating before a streak of his mother's bravery and veal exposed, and he padded into the open...
That wasn't a good idea. Not at all, yet how was he to know that one moment in the open could attract... Attention. A lone Jackal, seated poised upon a rock not to far away, found it a likely easy meal. Though he would scout a bit more before leaping after it. If the mother was around, he wasn't going to risk it. But so far, no sign. Slowly, as the cub once again entered a grassy area, he began to move. Unbeknownst to Rah, he took the exact pawsteps he took as he re-entered the brush, cutting off sight between him and his brother.
Meanwhile, Suture was unaware of her son's high risk situation, yet her pelt prickled in unease. The sense of a mother was great, and urgency made her heart beat faster. She looked to Jasper, thinking about chewing him out again before others appeared on the search party. She didn't even take the time to process who they were, she simply turned to them like a whip. "Have you found anything? Any traces?"

((either with me, if you just wanna say that Rah was attacked by the Jackal but Suture found them in time? And Rah survives with a few scars? I WAS gonna kill him off, but I don't think I will- suddenly I don't feel like throwing Suture into a tailspin e3e ))
