NERANTIC He felt the call of his Lord, his Father. It beckoned them with such gusto that there was no way that he would refuse. And Nevante was the same. Muscles twitched and wings flapped as they took to the open skies, heeding the call and going to the source. The flight wasn't even far before they spotted the pair down below.
Nerantic was the first alpha demon before Nevante came along, so by all intensive purposes he was the first demon to walk among in the overworld. His memories were in pieces, his heart as dark as night, feeling nothing but the utmost of murderous tendacies. His birth.. he couldn't remember.
One day he wasn't, and now he was.
He was under the creed of his Father, whom he knew instinctively gave him life. But he knew there was something else within for his existance, and the haze in his head was starting to clear. And then came along Nevante, who took his title. Not that Nerantic had a problem with that.
His wing beat gracefully as the twins landed on the ground, looking at the feline form of their Father and the human form of his Daughter. Nerantic bowed his head formally, the only thing that wouldn't change about him was the respect and high degree he held his Father on.

SHAMBLE, FRENZIA, NEVANTE
He asked them, curious of their outlook on what life was. Nevante was quiet at first, hesitant, though not disobedient. He put much thought into the reply. A reply that Frenzia seemed anxious to hear. "If we can call our existence a life, it is as good as can be, Father." He said at last, hopeful that his answer sounded right. Their existence.. was it truly life? Nevante didn't intend on getting deeply philosophical though. He turned to see what Nerantic had to say. Meanwhile, Frenzia had begun to quiet clap again. She clearly found this exciting. Shamble, on the other hand, was hard to read. He merely waited for both of their replies.[/ul][/blockquote]

NERANTIC "I have been well, Father," Nerantic answered in turn, bowing his head again. "My thoughts lead to curiosity about my existance and who I am.. in fact, I have many questions that plague my mind. But do not mistake that curiosity for mistrust or ungratefulness. I am simply curious."
Truth be told, Nerantic had felt something.. seen something. Words would not be described to anyone because it was too complicated to explain. But.. he felt the presence of someone close. In his heart. It was a female. But he couldn't explain why she was there.. or why there was blood.
But he was starting to realise things. Things that would bring reason to his instinctual nature. Why he named himself the alpha demon. Would it bother him? No, not really. He was born with loyalty. Nothing could change that.

SHAMBLE, FRENZIA, NEVANT
He said to Nerantic and Nevante. Frenzia appeared to be taking notes. She would pause, listen, and then get all hyper-happy again at what Father had been saying. Nevante noted this, confused. She was not as he and Nerantic were, yet she was also a sibling. Their relation was distant and solely through Shamble. Shamble saw Nevante looking at Frenzia. "Curiosity about relations is fine as well. Frenzia," He called her forward, and almost at once she stood at his side. "She is your sister, but much more than that. If you need help, or you're ever confused, you may call for her and she will arrive." He gently pushed her back and she walked over to the wall and rested again, saying nothing. Shamble looked down on Nerantic and Nevante. "If that's understood, have either of you any questions?"[/ul][/blockquote]

NERANTIC "Time will reveal things to me," The demon admitted, hinting towards the fact that he was slowly starting to learn about life and his origins. He gave a small huff and looked towards Frenzia, in her human form. For some reason, Nerantic didn't feel the same level of closeness and consciousness as Nevante, but nonetheless, she was a sibling. And so he would put trust into her. "But in the end, I have no questions. I would much rather prefer to find things out for myself, Father."

SHAMBLE, FRENZIA, NEVANTE
He addressed his daughter. "Stay with Nerantic and Nevante until I call you back." "Yes, Father." She dipped her head and then walked over to the two lesser demons. As she did, her form changed. Skin ripped, flesh torn, and she stood as a feline among them. Yet she still smiled wickedly. Nevante stood a little closer to Nerantic, eyes on Shamble. "Right then. Boys, I'm off. Frenzia will assist if needed." Shamble said, and then headed into the sky. Up there, it'd appear as if he burnt to a crisp. It was their indication that he'd gone back to his home, and they were alone.. with Frenzia. Nevante turned to her. "Chaperon..?" He asked hesitantly. She shook her head, but said nothing. Whatever then. Nevante turned to Nerantic. It was just them now.. plus one, but while not outright disrespect Frenzia, he didn't exactly feel right to add her to their bunch. "Back to where we came from now?"[/ul][/blockquote]

NERANTIC Nerantic simply nodded as their Father took off, leaving the three alone with each other. The atmosphere was almost more awkward than tense, and Nevante had paraphrased the situation with one simple question.
Frenzia was different than them, for sure. He felt more connected to his twin than the Daughter, but he tried his best to respect her nonetheless.
A nod was given. "Yes, let's." He replied, looking over to the two and flapped his wing, hitting flight and waiting for the others to follow.

Jasper was different than he usually was. It may have had something to do with the creature whom he was dragging upon the ground by its eye socket. The screams and pleas that fell upon the torn ears were ignored. "Perhaps you should answer my questions swiftly, imp," he stated coolly. He used his tail to flip the crying felid demon into the air so that it was draped over one of his horns. The body possessed many burns and holes, blood no longer flowing due to how Jasper enjoyed cauterizing the wounds of all his victims. His eyes flitted to the sky for a moment as he felt shifts in the many currents of the earth. He looked bemused as he felt more and more demonic activity. A yawn escaped him and he saw a few figures, the fourth having swiftly disappeared. As if he had caught fire. But he found himself interested in who was left more so. The brute strolled on forward. "You looks surprisingly familiar," he called, yawning a bit and flashing his huge sabers, his eyes and over all appearance made him appear a demon. He was inban excellent moood, despite his victim draped, simpering among his horns. The Arena had returned and it had been excited to see one of ots masters and creators. Many fun days were ahead of him.

NEVANTE, FRENZIA
She purred and investigated the beast on the horns. Frenzia lifted a paw to point. "What he doooooooooo?" Her head tilted, hopeful she'd get an answer. However Frenzia wouldn't be surprised if she didn't. That was demon business, all in all.[/ul][/blockquote]

NERANTIC The demon gave a nod back, and proceeded to trail behind Frenzia. Wings flapping silently, he watched as his sister hit the ground and approached someone else. As he got closer, an overwhelming sense of deja vu hit him as he looked to the stranger. Had he met him before? Of course not, the only beings he knew were Nevante, Frenzia and their Father.
But something unsettled deep in his stomach, and he heard the booming voice of the stranger parrot his thoughts. Familiar..
Nerantic landed with the grace of a demon, wings splaying out over a large distance to slow descent, then when paws hit the ground, he folded them neatly and elegantly back against his body. The first thing he noticed was the limping, barely alive creature on the stranger's horns.
But that was none of his business.

Jasper was surprised, just slightly by the enthusiasm of which he was greeted. The female was quite interested as far as he could see. "Indeed. I could have sworn I had seen them before." Even from this distance, he could tell they looked like Nerante. He could not have been more curious, but it did not show in the slightest. "Ah, he was trying to draw up a contracts with one of my own." The demon made a noise of protest and Jasper tossed his head up, throwing the male into the air and letting a heavy paw rest upon it when it hit the ground. "I really don't like people messing with the eternal residents of my home," he said sighing. He tilted his head at the male first to arrive and gave him a smile which was more akin to a snarl. He was not fond of how he stared. It made him suspicious. He could have sworn the other showed a hint of recognition.

NEVANTE, FRENZIA
She turned back toward the larger of them. "I'm Frenzia, and these two are.. which is which, again, dears?" Frenzia didn't look back at them, and instead sniffed further at what was happening. "You must be a very strong high level demon.. or more.." Frenzia, more or so, thought that and happened to speak it as well. Her rudeness as not intentional. She'd just never seen someone else that made her think of father so much. Nevante tilted his head to Nerantic then slowly back to Frenzia and the one whom with she was fascinated. "Nevante. And this is Nerantic." He said, introducing them both with a nod. "Our sister is most fascinated with what you're doing. As am I.. to.. an extent." He moved a paw up to rub his throat, not exactly interested in being on the receiving end of any of that. [/ul][/blockquote]

NERANTIC Nerantic gave a small nod in reaction to his brother. "Yes, I am too. But it doesn't resonate with me as well as.." He faded out on that, wondering why that was so. The.. the death he was so accustomed to, the ones he found interesting.. were the slow ones. The ones where they died with no help present, not being helped, left to rot on their own.
That was what interested him. Abandonment, or the motivations thereof. The wriggling little thing on top of the stranger's horns were nothing more than a novelty to him, but he tried not to be rude in the slightest.
"Anyway, pleasure." He said, wings pressed up against his body.

Jasper rested more weight on the demon and its bones could be heard breaking, nothing permanent, should it soon return to its original realm. "Only I can let a resident leave, do you understand, wretch?" he murmured to the still simpering creature. Claws sank deep as he nodded. A smile appeared. "Good. We will figure out your punishment after I finish my business." With no further warning, the brute swept a wing over him and the demon was gone, now trapped in the Arena.
He turned his gaze back to the others at hand. "Hardly a need for such lavish remarks, darling," he replied. If she thought such minor behavior was so impressive, she should watch his usual routine. He looked at the pair of males. "Such strange names, indeed. It sounds like a name I have heard before, Nerante? Was that your sire?" He tilted his head, not letting on to very much. He traced a claw through the dirt, forming a few symbols, mainly as reference for himself. I hope my little prisoner grow paranoid. It would be fun to toy with his emotions at a... deeper level."
