(I'm ok with that) Circa Da'ei
At Carnal's command, she sighed at the disappointment of finding no evidence to further the investigation. What could they go off of now? Perhaps they did find out some important information about who the culprit could be, but rage still bubbled inside of the red 'ess, and she wanted to know who had committed such a crime to her pride member. Yet for now, she nodded to Carnal, and looked back to Osic, as if waiting for him to follow as well. "Guess we've found all we could." She mewed, the frustration under her disappointment clearly showing as she began to pad in between Carnal and Osic, "Perhaps Funeral will know where to go from here."

CARNAL, STATIC, NERANTE
[/i] A swift glance was paid in the direction of the den that Static had been taken too. The faint scent of blood and herbs drifted from that area. "Or should we go and tell Funeral what we found now?"Inside of the den, Nerante was busy with Static. She was still faint but better than before, much thanks to Nerante and his abilities. She tried to lift her head, only to let it flop against the ground. What had happened?[/ul][/blockquote]

Circa Da'ei
Circa nodded to the brown lioness to her first suggestion, folding her ears down as she thought, finally turning to her brother. "Osic, perhaps you could go report to Funeral what we have found so far, and me and Carnal can see if Static is feeling better." She suggested, looking to Carnal one more time before slowing in on the entrance of the den that Nerante and Static were in, poking her head in slightly. She didn't want to be intrusive nor take up any room that the medic may have needed for his healing purposes... "Nerante? How is she?"

CARNAL, OSIC, STATIC
[/i] Or in other words, there was still a chance something could be wrong. Static's chances of living were around 80% at that point, but there was the potential for brain damage or memory loss. Not to mention any other sort of mental disorders that may come of such a incident. 80% chance of living, 30% chance of her going back to being a spy. Static would be lucky if she made it to warrior status, assuming there was something wrong with her head.[/ul][/blockquote]

Osic Donovan
He had drawn a blank over the scene, and he was sure he wasn't alone. Angered by the fact that they could go no further, Osic gave a nod to Circa and his sister before following after them.
Osic flipped an ear at their Captain and he shot her a quick smile before she and Carnal turned to the dens. "I'll find him and let him know." Of course he would, but he felt he should say it out loud before his wings spread and he took flight. Osic angled himself toward the throne, figuring Funeral might be there.

Upon the Throne he was, the King sat contemplating the entire situation. Tactics to go about it, stuff like that. Actually, Silv isn't really certain what he's doing other than thinking. She just didn't want this post to be a one-liner so she's filling it with unnecessary information, some of which don't even have anything to do with Funeral as we're doing right now. Space fillers are always nice. Funeral didn't think that.
At the sight of Osic, his head lifted, and his ears positioned toward him, assuming he had something to say on the situation or other.

Osic Donovan
A soft landing came from behind the King. Osic rotated his shoulder a bit, the joint acting up again. Once finished he approached the larger blacker male, clearing his throat to let his presence be known. "Father, the Captain, Carnal and myself went looking for any signs of intruders or clues that might aid in Static's case." He stepped closer, drawing his deep maroon wings in close. "There was only one thing we found and that was a pool of blood miles out near the border. It appears to be Static's since it drips to where she was found. The only prints there seemed to be were all destroyed from the apparent attack. We found no other traces such as fur, scent, or even feathers. The three of us agree with the theory that the attacker must have some very good knowledge about Meurtrier and how we do our patrols. We think perhaps they are a previous members, perhaps a spy." The last bit of information felt bitter on his tongue. The only spy that had left had been Najisi. Was this a warning? Some sort of message she knew that Funeral would receive? The thought that his mother would commit such an act caused a sickening feeling to come over the younger male. But he voiced none of this. He figured Funeral would already get the idea for himself. So he stood patiently, allowing the dominant to mull over the information.

His ears flicked to Osic's placement behind him, listening to his first line before lifting himself to quickly face his son. Dark olive eyes bore into him with intensity; listening to his words with an intent look.
The attacker left behind not a trace. Which meant that could have easily be a spy, he already knew. Or someone who just knew how to do things right.
He left several long moments between what his son had reported with him thinking, trailing his gaze from Osic to the land in careful thought. When he mentioned a previous member or others, his mind as well immediately went to Najisi's disappearance and everything they had found out. His gaze narrowed and he nodded stiffly.
"Thank you, Osic. You all did very well. How is Static fairing?" Dante help the attacker if it was an unprovoked attack leading to the loss of one of his members.
