Estavan Kannon
Estavan obliged his sibling, albeit reluctantly, not liking being awaken so early in the morning. He got to his paws and gave his small body a little shake. "Don't sell yourself short Kaz." He replied with an intoned voice, before shaking his head and joining his brother. It was no surprise that Esta was the least active and enthusiastic of the three siblings, having shown such behaviour from when he was born. That didn't mean he didn't like a good play every now and then, but he showed much more reluctance nonetheless.
"It's not even bright yet, why do you do this Kaz?" The little cub asked, with a hint of whining through his tone. But he took his brother's side and turned to see if their sister would join them.

Iarri Kannon
Little red body jolted, closed lids shutting even tighter as if she were struck. Slowly, baby blues peeked out and Iarri gently sat up. A silent nod of agreement was given from Estavan's words. She too disapproved of the Kaz's loud behavior. As the boy's came together outside the den Iarri remained where she was seated, thick tail drawn tightly around her as if for protection. When Estavan looked back the tiny 'ess got the hint of clear invitation. Tentatively getting up, Iarri approached her siblings. Steps were taken carefully; almost as if she were walking on glass. Timidly the cub came to a stop beside Esta, eyes wary on Kazbek, afraid he would be overly loud again.

Kazbek Kannon
To his siblings' obvious disapproval, he gave a sneering smirk. "Aww c'mon you babies, morning's the best time to train!" He mewed in a quieter tone, now that his siblings where both beside him he had no reason to yowl- unless he too wanted his parents awake as well. Once he felt at least his siblings where in position, his tail flung into the air and he stood high and puffed out once again. "We gotta make sure we pass Captain Cocaine's ol' test, we don't wanna look lazy-" He began, looking deviously as his sister, then to his brother, unsheathing a claw to bring across his fluffy neck fur, "-or he'll have 'ya for breakfast!"

Caylis awoke and purred. "Hello, dear ones. I see you're all determined to pass the test, more likely... I'll have you for breakfast if you don't stop scaring them." she gave a stern look to Kaz, as her gaze softened a bit. "You'll pass the test, don't worry. Who knows? Maybe Funeral will honor you, but he always looks grumpy in my opinion." she said, crouching. "You three were saying you wanted training? I guess your mother could teach you a few tricks."

Estavan Kannon
The little cub gave a small harumph, not even reacting in turn to his brother's enthusiastic attitude. "Training.. how useless." He deadpanned. "Why do we gotta impress the Captain anyway?" It was no secret that out of the three, Estavan fancied himself to dislike violence the most. Whether it was reluctance, apathy or just pure laziness was up to debate by his parents, he always made it clear that he wasn't looking forward to going under scrutiny by the rest of the pride.

Iarri Kannon
Training? Test? Iarri simply listened with a tilted head. She had no interest in impressing anyone, let alone a captain she had never seen before. Blue's moved from brother to brother until she nearly jumped out of her pelt from their mother's approach. Heart still pounding, Iarri turned to give Caylis a very soft, barely audible, purr.

Kazbek Kannon
Kaz gave a sneaky smirk to his mother as she threatened to eat him, but he only ran up to her leg and nuzzled it, purring loudly in greeting to his mother and showing his excitement for her training offer. His sibling's complaints made his eye roll though, and he looked back to his brother with annoyance. "Cause he's the captain, numbskull! He's im-por-tant. And he makes sure we're fit to be in the pride." He hoped his sibling's ill manor wasn't going to change his mother's mind, he really did wanna learn those tricks.. He looked up to her and whined.

Caylis
The Hallowess's eyes turned to Iarri and nodded with respect to her daughter, she felt fur brush her leg as she looked down to see her son looking up at her which deeply reminded her of the father of the cubs. "Don't worry, Kaz. We'll get those little muscles big and strong. As long as you behave." she had a small smirk forming on her face. She flicked her tail for her cubs to follow. "Leave your father rest. If he wants to come, he may later. For those who want to train, step forward." she stepped into an open space, eyes gleaming like sapphires. "Claws SHEATHED."

(Since no one took the post) Kazbek Kannon
His head whipped around when he heard his father, in fact he got quite excited as the male strolled up. Naturally, his father was a set role model to him, and the fact he even backed him up made him pretty darn happy. He went up to his father's paws and sat under them, facing his siblings once again. "See? It is important." He mewed, then turning his attention up towards his father, trying to look as innocent as possible as his tone became pleading. "Are you gonna train with us too dad?"

Estavan Kannon
"Seems pretty useless to me." Estavan chipped in again, throwing a tongue at his brother, standing at the front of the pack looking indignant at the scene before him. He was still convinced that it was just a charade, a farce, undignified even. The parents weren't even any help; Caylis was already preparing a spar and Kodiac was no help at all. He was a stubborn child, no doubt about it.
"I'll just grow wings and fly away when I'm old enough." He said, watching his family move about and prepare for the day.

Caylis noticed Estavan's behavior, looked at Kodiac to tell them how to train, she'd deal with her son. "Esta, don't be that way, sweetheart. I'll do what you're interested in, count me in, Estavan. But training is very important, especially when an intruder's here." she said her last sentence firmly and sat beside him with a nuzzle, she purred. "Everything'll be fine, trust me. I'll talk to Kaz later."
The Hallowess leaped and was floating in mid-air, one of the abilities a Hallow could do, she didn't use it often but she used it for emergencies and circled around her family, a giggle erupted from her maw. "You'll be taught how to fly when you get older... or if you're ready, perhaps later? If it's alright with your father." She looked at her daughter and smiled. "We could all think of something to do."

Iarri Kannon
Iarri flattened her ears back and drew into herself, startled by Kodiac's unnoticed approached. When finally realizing it was their father the little 'ess slunk her way over, tail dragging the ground and body partially lowered. Once to the big red male she hid herself behind one of his forelegs. With bright blue eyes looking up at Caylis, Iarri gently pawed for her fathers attention. "Daddy?" She whispered. "I don't want to fight..." With a turn of her head one ear perked before pressing back against her skull. "Can I be a healer? Like that other female? She could teach me." Her voice was hesitate, always as if everything she said was the wrong thing to say and someone was bound to yell at her.

Dante Crimson had wondered from his parents’ gaze yet again. However, the cub was in the area he was allowed to be in currently. He was bored and looking to play with others. His sisters had a tendency to pick on him, so right now he just wanted some plain fun. He spotted the other litter in Meurtrier and his bright azure eyes brightened. What were they doing? He got closer to investigate and heard they were training. His small wings fanned out and he flapped them a few times, even though it gave him absolutely no lift. “Excuse me,” he called, trotting up to the group. “Do you mind if I join?” He tilted his head, looking at the blood beast with curiosity but saying nothing. He thought he resembled his mother a bit. He looked nothing like his father, though.

KODIAC KANNON
[/i] Whispered the father, not unaware to the fact that Kaz seemed a little over-proud that he was right about training. He turned his head to Estavan, prepared to reply, but Caylis beat him to it. Nothing better than a mother's love, he supposed. Then he looked at Iarri, his daughter, and smiled. "You want to be a healer? Well I don't see why not.. I'll see if I can get Viciado to take you on as an apprentice. If that's okay with your mother." Kodiac lifted his head to Caylis and gave a nod of approval about learning to fly for Estavan. This, however, meant that Kazbek would have no one to train with. But as if on cue another cub had arrived. Was that Asesino and Jasper's child? Kodiac nodded. "Of course you can join. Kaz will actually need someone to play fight with, fun child's training." Said the male. He saw no reason for the children to be trained hard so young. They would have their time; but now was cubhood. A time to have fun and enjoy everything while learning.[/ul][/blockquote]
