Neo finished his talk with Kusa, introducing themselves to one another, and walked off with all her injuries on himself, to the statue.
As his paw was placed on the jade, he felt realty warp around him. It was not a new sensation to him, and once upon a time, he had constantly been causing it. But his ability to change space and matter to his liking so easily had since been out of his reach. Unlike the male he was about to meet, Neo felt the challenges of his limitations made life far more interesting. And to a creature as old as himself, that was what he strived for. His wings flared as space stabilized and he brought them down hard enough to send him fifty feet from the ground as he regained his bearings. It would not be fitting for a creature such as himself to stumble when he wanted to ensure his first impression was along the lines of power over bewilderment. This was not his first time in Limbo, either.
He continued to hover for a moment, black ichor dripping from his body, landing on grass which may slowly wither at its touch, due to the toxicity and acidity. Wings eventually folded, and Neo dropped to the ground with loud thump. His tattered ear perked and his head lifted. Sigma was certain to have felt him enter the realm, as he was not as easily transported as any mortal. This was Sigma's realm and he was sure to be aware of every facet of it.
Thus, there was no need to announce himself. Instead, he simply followed the trail Kusa had left when she fled and was soon upon where all the action had taken place. Blood continued to drop from his massive form, and while he was sore and in pain, he did not limp or otherwise show it. It was a rare and desired sensation, and one he could tolerate with ease. He picked up on the other he had scented on Kusa. Definitely around. But he was interested in Federal.

Technically Soli would be the next to post, but I'll toss in something so she has more to go on. <3 Sigma Delirious & Federal 'Naberius' Delirious
The exchange between Neo and Kusa had been well outside of Sigma's knowledge, thankfully so. The call for Noxol, unheard by the demon. But the entrance of a familiar creature so soon after piqued his interest--no doubt the Crimson had seen the mortal leaving. This was not surprising though--what was, was the state the male entered in. He felt the death of the plantlife, unusual for when Neo visited, and as the male came closer, his silver eyes caught the sight of the wounds and the way the nephalem's blood destroyed the vegetation. He doubted that another creature had purposely caused this to him, and so instead of letting the Crimson pass with the usual ambivalence, he intercepted him. "It's unlike you to arrive in such a state." His eyes shown that he was not jesting with him. He had done something, but he had no way of being certain what it was.
Federal whom had remained nose-deep into his research had entirely ignored the exchange between his father and Kusa--but he too had felt Neo's arrival, and had crawled out of the slave pens to meet him halfway. He may have shown more concern for the Crimson if Neo showed any signs of distress, but it was unlike him to be that way, so it was reassuring to see him unfazed. A smirk was on his lips and he neared them both, walking around Neo and stopping beside him, a seductive glint in his eyes and his posture. He would've touched him, but the blackened blood was... not exactly something he wished to be covered in. He adored a more clean image for himself. "No need to be so unfriendly, Daddy. Neo is quite a good friend of mine. He won't bother you." His eyes dropped to see the visceral fluid and how it destroyed the turf. "Though your plants are a different story. Hmm."
Sigma entirely ignored his son.

Widow would have gone off to her own abode, summon her slave and receive the healing she needed. But seeing her King move off only made the female move after him, hiding the pain she had begun to feel ever since the encounter had ended. She knew they were headed the way Kusa had left, but she had no idea what was waiting for them. If only she felt the fabric of their reality ripple, perhaps someday she would find a way to sense it as her King did.
The creature that stood before them was intriguing, absolutely intriguing. He was a large lion of sorts - demon? - maybe - but there was no fear in Widows eyes. Everything had the potential to fall, those larger simply fell harder. She said nothing, but stayed just behind her King silently, her wounds still open and showing no care to them. Only her eyes rested on the creature, a silent warning lurking within them.
And Then there was Federal. Eyes narrowed ever so slightly, mostly because of the males uncouth demeanor and poor choice of words. Daddy. Pathetic. Her nose twitched in agitation, tearing her eyes away from the other as she looked back at the giant. Friend or not, she would be ready to attack unless her king stated otherwise.

Grass continued to wither at the droplets of blood, turning brown, then eventually black. Neo concentrated briefly and scabs slowly formed and the foul smell of brimstone and crypts began to dissipate. His head lifted and his relaxed gaze fell upon green male as he approached. Heavy head tilted to the side and the longest horns set loose a few leaves. "Indeed," he replied, deep bass cool as ever, no tension in his bearing or speech. Unlike the mortals that would enter the realm, while Neo was respectful, he could not be brought to fear a being he had known for quite some time. That emotion was usually reserved for the wellbeing of family and friends. "Pain is so rare for me to fully experience it. I do enjoy it and will take it when I can." His scarred face pulled into a small grin. "But it has been over a month since I last feast, so my natural healing has slowed to some extent." It was the truth, if vague and very partial. He looked over the purple and yellow femme, placing her scent and knowing her immediately to be Widow. He watched her expression when Federal came and spoke, and found some degree of disdain festering in the back of his mind.
The fact that Sigma had ignored his son completely was not lost upon Neo, but he had only come to the realm for Federal. Thus, he made it a point to give the blue male his own attention. His tail moved to flick the tip under Federal's chin and he gave a light smirk. "It has been a while since I last saw you. I thought that seeing me in less than stellar condition may prove interesting for you. Though it will all be gone by tomorrow." His wing stretched briefly before tucking back along his sides, hiding the majority of his injuries.

Sigma Delirious & Federal 'Naberius' Delirious
Sigma remained unimpressed and suspicious, though there was little point in pursuing the subject. "Very well." The glare given to Federal was not discreet, however. A sheepish grin is what he'd get back from the younger male, but the lord did not enjoy playing... host to a nephalem whom he was sure the boy didn't even realize was demon-angel. A dangerous mixture, more formidable than a demon-mortal. It was why he didn't expend his energy attempting to fight the Crimson patriarchs. Breathing out, he'd turn to make his way back to the throne--though he halted. A shudder was felt even in Limbo, less intense than in the waking world. "Hmm." It said nothing of his thoughts. All the false life in Exotica had gone quiet, and soon, a second vibration was felt--enough to shake their vision but not enough to bring them down. In the distance, the sounds of wailing could be heard. Those that had died, entering the world of the dead... "It has been some time since there was a disaster so monumental."
He continued walking away. Exotica was safe due to his influence, but the realm outside his would be very treacherous as the fear and death of mortals manipulated the plane. The screams and wailing audible to them would not pacify for a long time...
Federal had already pressed himself against Neo, his much smaller form easily able to weave around the Crimson's legs. Neither Widow nor Sigma would want to see what he was seductively doing with his tail to Neo at the moment--not even the earthquake had him pause that for long. "It's always interesting how you heal. I quite appreciate being able to see it. And, if you'd like, we have some dragon for you to munch on." His open grin was positively evil.

Widow Syzygy
Widow hardly believed the words the large male spoke to her king, though she had to force herself to hold her tongue in regards to his seeming relationship with Federal. Still, he was able to self heal and that made her curious to some extent, if only she were able to experiment. If she could harness the ability for herself, she'd be unstoppable. She forced the smirk from rising to her lips, and right in time too. She stared back at the large male as he looked at her, and kept her gaze upon him even as he turned to look to Federal. She scowled at the seeming seductive action of the large males, and rolled her eyes at his comment. No, she saw this large beast merely as a potential experiment, that was all.
Neon eyes flicked back to her King when he spoke, and she noted the glare. She turned and offered Federal the same look of disgust, especially at the grin given back to Sigma. Her claws slide from their sheaths and she kneaded the ground. Oh how she would have liked to scratch the grin right off his face and remind him exactly who Sigma was. Should the interaction have continued, Widow may as well have gotten physically violent, but her King turned to leave and she was quick to follow without so much of a glance at the other two. He was as much her master as he was her king, but she would not leave him be until he was back at the throne.
She paused only when he did, instantaneously feeling the tremor. Her eyes narrowed, brows knitting together. She wondered if he was truly alright. She thought about asking him, but wondered if he would take it the wrong way, and Widow would be damned to ever displease her Lord. Even in this world, false, though the most perfect and pure in her opinion, she had always noticed the background noise. To suddenly not hear it made her slightly uneasy, the second tremor even more so. She walked up next to her Lord and peered at him for a moment to inquire, but her head shot up at the sounds of wailing. The sound wasn't foreign to her, but she had never heard it so loud, and so many. Her eyes flicked back to Sigma when he spoke and walk away, and she sped up to keep pace with them, though always slightly behind.
"So, something terrible is happening in the other world." She said more as a statement than a question, a smirk forming on her maw. Ah yes, that would be a perfect enough punishment for the Lady Kusa. Maybe one of those screams was hers. Shame though, the ess owed her a cub.

Neo could tell he had not sold Sigma on anything, but there had not been an expectation to do so. From their occasional interactions and what he had heard, he could understand a bit of the other's personality. And to most powerful beings who were not entirely caught up in their own glory, he was often seen as a threat to some degree and could only conclude that Sigma saw him as such. Neo respected the danger the demon presented to himself as well. Thus he remained on strictly neutral terms with the other. Neo let his tail tip rest over Federal's back, a form of vague assurance in spite of the vitriolic looks he seemed to receive from all the others.
The vibrations from the outside tremors were not lost upon Neo and he looked into the far distance, unseeing as he discussed with Jasper mentally. He glanced down to Federal and the retreating forms of Sigma and Widow. "Give me a moment," he whispered as the smaller male began... Things. His left paw lifted and he stuck three of his toes into his mouth. He bit down while pulling his paw away away and ripped off those thee toes, spraying his blood everywhere. He then spat out the digits and put his paw back on the ground, barely wincing. Black liquid pooled for a few moments before he stopped the bleeding, but more grass died as it made contact. Darkness crepts from the removed toes and it soon a shadow of Neo manifested, with the three actual toes in place. Fiery red pits of the shade focused briefly on Federal as if appeared a bit more solid, though it's outline still shimmered like a mirage. It then lifted the paw where Neo's actual claws were and unsheathed them and swiped at the air. It cut a hole in "reality" and stepped through it, into the Arena, disappearing. The hole disappeared almost immediately and Neo refocused on Federal.
"With such a disaster... I need to be in two places at once," he stated, turning his so he could lick Federal's cheek. There was now a serious drain on Neo's energy, as the shade was essentially a second body and would be transporting his family between realms. "I would certainly enjoy some dragon. I'll need my energy if things are to... Progress," he whispered, looking back to where Sigma and Widow had gone. There were things he would say to Federal, but not in the company of those two specifically.

Sigma Delirious & Federal 'Naberius' Delirious
The quizzical nature of the demoness' gaze didn't bother the false god. If anything, he was rather giving of his wisdom on most things, delighting in both the ability to show off and in informing the lesser-aware. One of his many quirks, though it wasn't exactly a downfall. Educating the members of Exotica was an undisputed benefit. He would continue walking, though he'd talk to her as he did so. "Disasters, both natural and murderous, effect Limbo. It's diluted in our lands, but where the disaster hits, the realm becomes a nightmare reflection of the waking world. I'd surmise it was an earthquake, but such things cause more carnage than just shifting lands. Tidal waves, eruptions, the starting and ceasing of rivers... The wailing of the dead reaches us now to prove that."
He could feel the stirring of Neo's magic, but it concerned him not so he didn't show any sign of acknowledgement for it.
As for Federal, he had ceased when prompted to, and when the larger male removed his toes, his eyes widened in surprise--though not fearful, or particularly concerned. He was interested if anything, and watched as a doppelganger formed and departed, he noted the origins of its creation. The toes... perhaps if he parted with certain body parts, he could use them to form copies? It must be tiring indeed. What Neo said about needing to be in two places was clear enough what with his family and other priorities being out there, but needing dragon in order for things to 'progress'... he had a peculiar feeling it might not have been strictly referring to healing. He purred at the touch of the other's tongue. Perhaps he was a bit... soft to Neo in some regards, but it was more out of respect for his power--he truly did not mind being the lesser creature. He left the shade of the larger beast and moved toward the slave area, chuckling lightly. "An intriguing ability. I dare say I'm jealous of your talents." A bit of a flirty compliment. "If only my subjects provided a fraction of intrigue like you do. The dragon was a nice gift from my father, but the filthy thing is entirely rebellious." If Neo followed him all the way, they'd come to an extremely large cage, mostly buried into the earth to accommodate its size--mostly because Sigma had refused to allow the cage to reach into the skyline. Inside was the ancient reptile, pitifully tethered with vines and incapable of much movement. Its wings were pulled upward at a painful angle, held firm by the vinework and its mouth was muzzled so that it couldn't breathe fire or roar. Large obsidian-like eggs dotted the area around her. "She didn't respond to the removal of her teeth, so I figured this would be a good way to keep her quiet. That and father was tired of her complaints. They were very... loud." He'd open the gate, using some sort of pulley system. Rudimentary, but fluid. "Do whatever you like with her. Eat 'er up, or leave some for seconds. She laid quite a few eggs while in captivity, they'd make a nice breakfast." Even under the circumstances, it was easy to see the creature was strong despite the various wounds and general damage she'd suffered--she struggled as much as she could under the bindings.
To say he delighted in offering Neo a meal like this was an underwhelming statement--he was sickly overjoyed at the idea, like it was a strange variation of chocolates and roses.
