La MorteNajisi Kain Najisi was near the front. She stood with Reno, though lagged behind a titch. She was still getting used to the cold. Still, she was able to better keep up with the rest now. She meant to speak with Reno. Once her cubs stopped being underneath her. But before she got that chance, another group came into view. She couldn't see it well but she was able to pick out certain individuals. Instantly her lip curled into a snarl in defense but no noise came. "Stay back with the group." She said to her cubs. She was right there with Reno. Nero and Rajari seemed to join them as well. She couldn't ignore her son's obvious rage. She'd keep an eye on him. Now was not the time for violence. It was a time for politics. Rajari Kain-Donovan Rajari had forced herself to walk beside Reno. Despite how much she wanted to just yank Brutus aside and show him everything was going to be okay. She was a queen of La Morte. Or at least council.. She wasn't sure how things were going to work with their mother back. But she could not hold a grudge. There was way too much loss to hate family. When her mother and brothers moved forward to confront the Meurtrians and.. were those Calivers? She stepped forward as well. She was unaware how her brother, Nero felt about her. MeurtrierCharacters are with their families. Dirge moved away to let Orpheus do the leadery thing. D'ainiJyota has passed. She clings to her brother, stiff and cold. Frozen to him. The GuildAnazari somehow managed to have all of her cubs. Though there was no rest. It was a bad time to have them.. Not only did they decide to be born during a world-shattering disaster.. now newborns had to suffer the rapid approach of an unnatural winter. She often had to carry one or more of her cubs and barely had any time to nurse them. It didn't look like they'd have a strong chance of survival. She sighed when the groups seemed to converge into one mass. Confronting another mass. Their enemies.. Meurtrier and Jaaku.. She saw the look from her son and sighed. She took her place alone in the confrontation. This was the first time she had to do this sort of thing.. let alone without Ducarius. Others Kinyaa and those in EW are still in the cave. Food and Water are holding out for now.
Cryos smiled when Caitlyn came to get him. He nosed her to let her know he was glad to see her again and quickly followed her back. He trusted her entirely.
A new figure still follows the Calivers, which have now become Jaaku and Meurtrier as well.
Former and Ares arrive in the midst of the stand off. They are keeping their distance for now.
Asaja had given birth to a single, albino cub during the disaster. She was headed to the desert to find her adoptive mother. There was no shelter. One cold night she dug a ditch in the snow and earth. She lay her son in it and curled up ontop of him. When morning came, Asaja didn't wake. Froze to death keeping her cub warm. The cub lays curled into it's mother's side. Time is ticking.
Morrigan is now standing with Toir. Able to be keep with the group and forever thankful for his and Mayha's rescue.
Rukia is doing poorly. Still in Great Falls, she refuses to give up the search. She KNOWS there is a way to Fexol's wold here.. Just.. not how to reach it. - Need to rp her badly in another thread i know...

Pascal and Trinity were close to Mahya, all three of them seeming to cast a glance around each other when the other leaders came forward, and they followed. Pascal wasn't even completely sure why they were meeting... They were all here for the same reason, but tension was clear in the air... He knew none of these other prides, but the largest group of lions he had ever seen (aside from his own hefty lineup) took up one side, a good portion of them black and red. If he could give a wild guess, he would suppose those were Meurtrians. In his life, he had only ever heard of the legendary pride.
His mate could sense how nervous he was. Not at the facing of Meurtrier, but at the whole situation in general. These were large prides aside his own, and many of them. And the uncertainty of what this meeting would bring, and the uncertainty of their own futures for that matter, made him uneasy at best. Trinity pressed by his side, the two stepping in perfect unison. Thank gods his strength was still beside him.
--
In Meurtrier, Circa and Torrer stood at the edge of their pride, facing the gathering leaders. Torrer brushed a wing against the Commander, but got no reply.
Circa's eyes were glaring in Najisi's direction. It was probably a blessing she wasn't allowed up there.
"Circa..." Torrer's voice finally pulled her attention back, but the look on her face hadn't changed. But after a moment of the two staring at each other, an inaudible communication seemed to flow between them. Finally, the red 'ess let out a hefty sigh, turning back toward the pride. Her eyes sought out her husband and cubs, who were likely- hopefully- still gathered within the middle where the rest of the cubs were.
"They'll be fine, Circa." Torrer's voice spoke up again, this time much closer as she brushed up against the smaller 'ess. "Have a little faith in Osic..."
"I do, Torrer." She growled slightly in annoyance, and Torrer furrowed her brows in slight frustration.
"Well you aren't acting like it." She came back quietly, but sternly. Circa's ears flattened guiltily, slowly. "You're getting all worked up about this, I can practically feel it radiating off of you."
No response. She had since broken from Torrer's side, turning away, but the larger Donovan was stubbornly right back in front of her. "No matter what happens, he will be by your side. You know that."
Circa finally caught eyes with her again, more unspoken words between them. After moments, it seemed like Circa deflated a bit. "I know... You're right." She sighed, letting the angry look finally melt off her face. "But nothing good comes from La Morte being around us... I don't like it."
"I know you don't." Torrer calmed down as well, giving her friend a soft nudge. Sometimes a little friendly encouragement was needed, and although she was thankful, Circa raised up. There was someone particular she wanted to be beside right now... Torrer was up front along with Dirge to support their brother. In this situation, she felt she needed to be beside Iris, her sister. Osic, Devyn, and their children too, for that matter... Torrer knew that, and moved aside to let the Commander slip further into the crowd to be with her family.
Meanwhile, she herself found her way back to Dirge's side, sitting with their pelts touching as they watched the meeting ensue.
The appearance of La Morte next to them had sparked many reactions between the rest of the members, mostly hateful or hushed whispers among them. But one in the crowd was silently worried, and watching with the intent of finding. He glanced into the crowd that was La Morte, and as the leaders emerged... He saw who he was looking for.
---
In La Morte, Sinna and Camry were shoved as far as possible from whatever direction Meurtrier was in. Sinna did not like this no-way-no-how. Revolt was right beside them, snarling in the direction of Jaaku. It felt like a disgrace that they had to remain settled even near the enemy pride.
Casket, on the other hand... Was quite the opposite. If he could, he'd have used Victor as leverage to see into the Meurtrian crowd. His heart felt lightened by the fact that his brothers and sister were nearby. He had no idea that they had families of their own now, it would delight him so much to see them.
Behind him, Brutus stayed as close to the two gay lovers as possible. His gaze reached out longily toward Rajari... Fear for her bubbling up in him as she stood toe-to-toe with other leaders. If any of them touched her... Neither Casket nor even Victor could hold him back. But at the anger he felt inside of him, he shut it down very quickly. He couldn't let himself get angry. He couldn't loose control again.
Andromeda, who has just reunited with her family, was torn inside by her mother's death... She stayed close to Danika, but was mentally distanced.

I just realized this is going to be the hardest interaction ever - considering HOW MANY LEADERS I HAVE *cry* [PTabbedContent=Round 'em Up] [PTab=Leaders Interaction] Caliver | Meur | Jaaku | Mali | Viridus | LM & Guild |
Caitlyn & Donato || Alec'tar || Orpheus || Aidan & Nixen || Irida, Ceril, & Ixis Rae || Reno II & Casey || Dazarus || Mahya II & Toir || Kestrin.
Only when they all stood in the middle, their pride members left behind, did the lot of them really look upon one another, sizing the others up. Caitlyn had managed to control herself for this moment - she herself remembered how she told Nero and his other companions not long ago she wanted nothing to do with them. She had not lied. But seeing Najisi, Cyber, and those of the older crowd of La Morte still made her blood boil. She would forever blame them for Reno's actions. For not being able to stop them. It wasn't the best of things, no, but it was there. Orpheus showed no outward reaction to any of it, forcing his fur to remain flat as he looked at La Morte and Guild, with a level gaze, and then at the other five leaders of those he did not recognize. Aidan and Nixen however, could not help but remain focused on Guild's Anazari, their eyes narrowed almost dangerously so. Her father, his brother, nearly died because of them. They were grateful that instead, Ducarius was the one whom had fallen. But even with this thought, Aidan's mind flickered to how Ducarius' children probably felt the same - if not worse because her father was still alive - about them. Mahya and Toir still said little, unless spoken to by Pascal or Trinity, and having them close by was a relief. Irida still stood a distance away from them however, almost obviously declaring her independence, instead of unity. Reno, more relaxed now that he had everyone necessary by his side, couldn't help but look upon them all warily, and Cyber's eyes remained on Meurtrier, Caliver's, and Jaaku more than any other.
It was a stand still that no one would be sure of the outcome of, but more than anything, it was silently agreed that perhaps things would be more peaceful when Irida stepped forward first, instead of either hostile side.
"Quite a union we have here, with prides that only tales on the wind have granted us knowledge with." She paused, regally tilted her head to the side, and then made her decision. If she was going to be apart of this world with these others, she was going to tell them flat out whom she was. "Irida Faire, sister to Freesia Faire, Empress of Amethystinus Viridus. Pleased to meet you all - though..." Her yellow eyes darted between La Morte and Guild, to Meurtrier, Jaaku, Caliver and Malificus. "It seems tensions are high. I hope this remains peaceful between us all. The last thing we need is to turn paw against one another in petty fights - when we need to stick together to survive."
It may not have been her place to speak, but Irida Faire was not going to encourage whatever tension was laid out before her - and rather, encourage them all to work together. Even if it was obvious to do so would mean quite a bit.
However, she was not alone in this, as a blood red gaze turned from her to La Morte's ranks. "I agree. Meurtrier does not look for a fight on this day. This week, or this month." Orpheus Donovan spoke, his voice deep, rich like chocolate as he remained neutral. Caitlyn's storm blue eyes flickered up to him momentarily in brief surprise that she hid well before looking around the impromptu gathering once more.
She clenched her jaw - a subtle movement so small no one would notice - before speaking. "Calivers are not looking to fight. We need to remain strong. Not injure ourselves."
Aidan and Nixen shared a look before Aidan spoke soon after. "Nor are Jaaku. Not in this freezing weather." Her voice was honey as she consented to the slowly forming agreement.
Reno did not wait for his mother, sister, or brother to speak out in this case. It was an opening they needed. Because it was clear they'd been semi traveling in the same direction. South. "La Morte don't wish to fight, but we do not relinquish our independence to anyone." A declaration of separation. They may be traveling in the same direction, but they would remain with their own. For a brief moment, he wondered if his brother, sister, or mother would out speak against this and he so desperately hoped not - but he could not stop them if they disagreed with something. It was because of this that he spared neither of them a glance, even if he prepared himself mentally for any repercussions, be it from Nero, or the other prides. The looks they threw at him made him feel small once again - his words were not as sophisticated as theirs were, and they largely outnumbered them.
One pride refrained from speaking quite yet as the tension seemed to grow a bit - Mahya ignored Toir's soft brush of his wing - something that would look accidental from any other point of view but Mahya knew what it stood for. She flicked her tail, a light tap against his leg and he backed down. She would wait this out - because it was clear that perhaps someone else may want to speak among those that were red, black and brown.

There was a deep immeasurable anger that boiled deep in Nero II's blood as he realized that Najisi and Rajari would stand as leaders, too. Calvin had become deeply connected to his lover in a way that couldn't be described, through their months of hardship, and could feel the rage that radiated from Nero well before it would hit anyone else. Though it would hit others, as Nero did little to hide is blatant frustration with the current 'form' of leadership for La Morte.
Now, not only did he feel replaced by his twin brother, but replaced by his sister and mother whom had both been absent. Rajari seemed most forgivable next to his twin brother - but mother? Najisi would always be his mother and he felt a longing to curl up next to her when it was cold, but that was always countered by feelings of misguided betrayal. He simply couldn't forgive her, and to have her standing there as a 'leader' was more insult than he could take on.
With a low growl aimed at his fellow leaders, Nero decided to step back, following a surprised Calvin to the back of the group. It was abundantly clear that Nero had decided, in that moment, that he didn't care what any other pride thought of him. He didn't care how his actions may reflect so poorly on La Morte's structure, either. If anyone wanted to stop him, they would've had to make an obvious scene of it; and he dared them to do as much.
Calvin was least likely to stop his lover, leading him to the back where he thought it was best, unaware he was even leading - or was he? If Calvin were to stop, would Nero II keep going? He wasn't about to stop and see, uncertain if that would only further the feelings that he was receiving from Nero at such a point. If the twin-leader were to snap, Calvin would not want to be the catalyst that caused it. So they walked by the confused and scolding faces of a few, reaching to the back of the pride.

No one else, from any pride, objects to what's been said. Although Caine offers a gentle snort toward the end of what La Morte's leader Reno II had to offers. The giant, in his confidence, rests on the ground. He hated formal politics.

La MorteNajisi Kain The mother couldn't ignore Nero's beavior and she growled back as he blatantly tried to force the leadership to look bad. She was betrayed and hurt by his actions just then. How dare he show such lack of respect for his own family. "These are times of hardship. Our hatred is petty. The very land seeks to destroy us all... If we don't put aside or differences and hate.. Novis itself will consume us all." Najisi spoke wisely, despite the hurt from her son. She looked into the Meurtrian group. She desperately wanted to find her sons and daughter. Even if Carnal hated her.. she wanted her to be alive... But she stopped at her eyes met a certain non-relative. He.. He made it... Rajari Kain-Donovan Rajari watched her brother go. Hurt by him. But she remained silent. Bitterness crossed her features. Still she remained silent and just acting in agreement with Reno II. MeurtrierCharacters are with their families. Dirge moved away to let Orpheus do the leadery thing. D'ainiNothing changed The GuildAnazari looked over the group of Jaaku. Was.. Ragen there? She frowned when she didn't see him. She wondered if any of her pride, or Jaaku knew that some of her cubs were his..
"The Guild... can not afford a fight.. We are small."
She spoke honestly. If Jaaku chose to turn on them now.. She looked back to her tiny group. Her pride.. It was so small.. they'd be decimated... Others
Nothing Changed.

[PTabbedContent=Your should be Youre] [PTab=Caliver Malificus Jaaku Meurtrier] Journey [Caliver], Alecto, Cid [Malificus], Abha [Jaaku] Alecto holds herself high and with elegance as she remains with the other leaders of clans and prides, but she will sometimes fall back to see how her own pride is doing. One on one interaction is as important to her as being the leader they need to guide them to safety. Despite the great numbers and terrible circumstances, Alecto still does her best to be a friend and leader to all of Malificus.
A leader first, however, when presented with the vast numbers collecting in one area. Names whispered meet her ears and she acknowledges them with interest. La Morte, the splinter-group of Meurtrier. Jaaku Clan and The Guild. She looks them all over, inwardly amused. They all act so different, but they aren't, really. Set aside their differences in leadership and how they want things to be ran, they all have similar goals. Protect their pride, protect their family, be powerful, be loved.
She steps forward after the others have finished speaking their turn. "I am Alecto Donovan, Queen of Malificus. We desire only peace, and so to accomplish as much, I open my wings to anyone interested in mingling with my pride, and my pride is free to mingle with others so long as you'll all allow it. Many of us are related, and I see no reason that, in these tough times, we can't reconnect." Alecto holds her head high as she speaks, but doesn't quite look down on others. Whether her intentions are well-intended or not remains unclear, though it is clearly presented as a peaceful offering.

Journey watches as his larger brother heads to the front and is struck by sudden jealousy. He suppresses it and remains a pillar for Caesar to lean against if he still has the interest to do so.

The hellioness had tried her best to keep the youth going, but it had not been enough. While she doesn't blame herself, it still sits heavy. Wrenzal has noticed this much and tries his best to remain near her, but has no doubt that Ziell won't fall behind. Callisto, Fortis, Tee, and any other child who remains with them walk as a family. They've settled better with Sic' as a pride, though Callisto still remains mostly guarded toward her perception of the impure.
Naharis continues to keep an eye on Chav' and occasionally looks to his leaders. He'd love to lend his support in a more obvious way, but making sure the pride is in order is a higher priority.
Irida's statement and her spoken relation to Freesia grabs the attention of Donovan, his head lifting a little higher to see what's going on.

They have traveled together for a while, in search of a cave opening. It seemed possibly their best bet. So as Kage's eyes settle upon what may be a small opening in the side of a large hill they're passing, he stops and nudges Kusa in the direction.
Kula remains close as Abyss's side, taken the the Crimson as a guardian and friend.

Meurtrier Grief and despair still clung to all. As thick and oppressing as the falling ash and snow. But though all were weighed down by their depression, they continued to follow the pride. They continued to stay close to what family they had left. In the rear of the large group lumbered Zalui. The leaders led from the front, naturally, and Zalui remained in the rear. His height gave him a good vantage over most of the bodies before him. From back there he could keep tabs on most of his children and grandchildren. Yet most importantly he remained in the back to ensure no one was left behind. The young, the old, the injured, or those who had been consumed by their own grief and were losing faith in the Pride.. In themselves.. In life. Zalui pushed them forward. He urged them to continue. And as stubborn as he was, no was not an option. He'd have no problems dragging someone by the tail if he had to. He paused when everyone else did. Being so far back, he couldn't hear nor see what the holdup was. He moved a bit further up but stayed out of whatever business was going on. There were plenty of Leaders now to handle whatever situation it was. As he moved through the crowd, he looked down on all, noting their wellbeing, speaking with those who stopped him to talk or asked him questions. He paused momentarily before his daughters, checking on them and their children. And though Zalui did not like the idea of others being too close to him, he allowed various cubs to come near. He would allow them to huddle around the heat that radiated from the tip of his tail.
Osic stayed with his mate, his brother and his mate and all their collective children. For once in his life Osic said little to nothing. His tail and wings drug along the ground. His head drooped level to his shoulders. He gave Circa the support she needed however. He knew well enough the sorrow she was feeling. He tried to smile for her, be the cheer she needed, but it was only half alive in him. He wasn’t so quick to react when the other prides started showing up. It didn’t register at first but slowly his eyes sharpened and his ears lifted. When his gaze fell upon his mother, his heart soared just a bit. The world, it seemed, had turned on all of them. Osic would not deny his joy to see Najisi alive. Yet he was older now. Wiser. He remained within the folds of Meurtrier. Remained with his small family. Circa’s pacing did not go unnoticed. He tried to catch her eye as he calmly seated himself. A silent declaration that he was indeed not going anywhere.
Project kept his youngest children close, herding them along after their older brother Cross. His heart felt heavy for one son that had gone missing. He had lost track of Paris somewhere along the way. He had gone back as far as he could but in the end he could not stay long enough to do a thorough search. Now he could only hope the boy was okay and would at some point catch up. A new face, though not new at all, was now under Project's care. Finnegan had lost both of his parents. His father was dead and his mother had been MIA for some time now before all this happened. His uncle had saved him from the flaming heavens and with him he had stayed. He walked beside his cousin Torrin, who also was uncharacteristically quiet. Project also mingled on occasion with the other Calivers. He had been relieved to see his sister Caitlyn alive and well. As well as his other siblings and, as strange as it still was, his father.
Many were injured, more so in spirit than body. For all the emotional pain, the Red Healer had no remedy. Iarri moved among the sea of bodies, numb to the world around her. Most of her reactions were mechanical. She continued to care for the two remaining cubs with the help of her fellow healers. Her once bright blue gaze was now hazed over with her loss. Her friend was gone. Her companion. Her sister. Her grief grew deeper when she looked upon Corra's children. Too see them was to see Corra and to see Corra was to relive that horrible moment over and over again. It left Iarri's stomach in knots. Often she would find herself staring at her King. Though she would always look away upon realization of it. Orpheus had enough on his plate as it was. She just couldn't bring herself to bother him with her woes. As tensions now began to build among the masses, Iarri was still well enough to know her duties. She helped gathered young to the middle, placing her two wards beneath her, using her thick tail to keep them warm as well as to cover them from sight – mostly.
Lydia, Xaphan and Naberius never strayed too far from their respective families. La Morte Tenebrous never wondered far from his mother and siblings. He never moved any closer to the rest of La Morte any more than he had to. Especially the ugly one who had attacked his brother and left his half blind. Especially him. Ten was always quick to let out a growl when he happened to come too close or looked their way. Other than that, he was rather chipper considering their current situation. He trotted along, playing in the snow like any normal kid would. Even teasing his siblings occasionally. Gespenster The trek out of the Savannah had been long. Grueling even. It was as if nowhere was safe. The whole world had gone mad… In spite of that notion however, Chronic led on. He pushed his pride as much as he could without losing anyone to exhaustion. He had absolutely no idea as to where exactly it was that he was going, but anywhere was better than there… But it seemed it was always that way now. Anywhere was better than where you currently ended up. Gespenster had walked for days. And days had turned into weeks. And those weeks felt like an eternity. The snow was a surprise at first. Having grown up in the heat of a practical desert, Chronic had no idea what to make of it. He knew now that the cold was his least favorite of things. Though by now his short coat had thickened up, he still found himself chilled. Yet he was better off than some of the other demonics in his group. Half of his blood was Tundra, so parts of him were built for such conditions. To a point. Evolette, Baine, Sinn, (and a new face that was picked up along the way coming out of the Savannah) Noarah, all followed suit after their leader. They knew they were all probably lost but it wasn’t like any one of them could do better. Not with things how they were. They all pushed onward, taking turns to carry the young. When Evolette hunted she shared whatever she found, even if it was barely enough for herself. Yet no matter how hungry she became, she made sure the cubs ate first. Even if that meant they had the entire meal. A few days ago the pride had arrived in the Forests. Chronic, Sinn and Baine found it to be an odd place. Evolette, being a forest demonic, found it somewhat familiar but of course here too was as destroyed as their old home. The group had to pick their way around downed trees and more gaps in the earth. So focused on getting everyone through safely, Chronic missed the fact that they were walking up on another pride. D'Ani Osiris had been in a daze. His mother had left far too early. He was still too young. Too young and inexperienced to lead a pride. Especially when it came to this! The end of the world! How the hell was he supposed to lead his pride out of this? He was at a loss. But he knew he had to do something… He refused to let all his mother’s hard work go to waste. Osiris had unintentionally moved the pride closer to the mountains. The territory here belonged to others. He knew they were nearly hermits that never left their crater-valley. And seeing as there was not a single sign of life outside their own, he decided it was a good a place as any to rest. He took to the idea of digging dens. They needed shelter. All along the mountain side, rocks had fallen due to the quakes. Some of the ways they had fallen would make for good dens already. Though how sturdy the rocks were was up for debate. He decided they should test some of the durable ones. And of course not all were safe. Some collapsed immediately during inspection. In the end there were three that held up. Digging down helped to make them a bit bigger. These three Osiris gave to mothers with cubs. Everyone else would have to dig out their own dens from scratch. It had been a week or so since the move. The mountain side served to be a good place to stay so far. But Osiris knew they couldn’t stay there forever. There was no telling if the beasts on the other side of the mountain were still alive or not. And there was no telling whether or not they would appreciate squatters on their land. The hunting however was rough, though they lucked out on some days. For the most part it was a matter of sending out a group to scavenge. Many prey animals had died throughout. Now that the climate had taken a chilly turn, it helped preserve some of the carcasses. Osiris paced around his small encampment, thinking on what to do next and when to do it. Ama’asi remained close to her family, watching over children and nieces and nephews alike. And much like her sister, she worried for Aro. Where had he gone and was he even still alive? It was harder when the children asked where their father was. She refused to tell them he was dead. She refused to believe that he was dead. If he was still alive then he would return to them. She just knew it. She had to believe. Osiris’ pacing came to a halt when the smell of foreign bodies filled the air. Voices soon followed. At first he feared it to be the land owners but these creatures were not coming from the mountains. ”Cubs to the dens..” He ordered, though in a bit of a hushed tone. Ama’asi did just that. She tried to get as many young as she could into one den, figuring it would be better for them all not to be scattered about. When the new faces finally came into view, they all stopped… Their young leader looking upon D’Ani it somewhat of a shock. For a while no one said anything. Then Osiris finally took a step forward. The scent of these strangers did not match that of this territory. They weren’t the ones that claimed this land. ”If you mean us no harm we will grant you the same.” This other group was roughly the same size as his own. And it was clear they were in no condition to fight just as D’Ani was in no condition to fight. They were all weak… Tired… Drained. The new group also had young among them. Osiris could only hope they were not going to be hostile.
Chronic stood in lead of his group. Staring upon the other pride with wide blue eyes. He couldn’t lie, he felt a bit embarrassed, foolish, that he had walked them up onto another’s camp. When a young blue male spoke, Chronic squared his shoulders a bit. ”No harm will come to you from us.” He responded, as calmly as he could. Osiris’ thinking was right. Gespenster was starving. They couldn’t risk wasting precious energy or lives in a fight. ”We are simply passing through.” ALL OTHER UNMENTIONED CHARACTERS ARE WITH FAMILY AND PRIDES.

Circa caught Osic's eyes as she approached the gathering of their family, slowing down a bit. His declaration was clear, and she emitted a sigh of relief under her breath, almost inaudible. Torrer was right, and her worries were somewhat fortified. Somewhat... There were still many other worries to cloud her mind, but knowing that Osic was by her side gave her undeniable comfort.
As she finally got within reach, she stretched out her head to bump Osic's, almost tempted to lean into him all of the sudden. With everything that had happened over the past few weeks, she had been wanting to do so more and more... Just fall into him and let herself rest. But the tension around her hardly allowed for it right now. She was in commander mode, alert.
Below them, the approach of his mother stirred young Romeo, who was just now beginning to speak and use his little legs. He tumbled right over his father's paws to plop between his mothers, in boredom wrapping around her paw and kicking it relentlessly. Circa let out a snort of slight displeasure at having her paw attacked, but she couldn't bring herself to scold him for it. It made her smile slightly.
"Maaamma. Why's everyone so grumpy?" He mewed, slowing down his kicking and looking up at her with those innocent baby cub eyes. He had been too young to remember the great disaster, and was still too young to really understand the depth of the situation around them. He could feel the tension, but he really didn't seem to care. He was safe around his family, why would he worry?
Cross was nearby his family, watching over his younger siblings like a hawk. Also Vitanali, who still seemed to stick close to his side. He was determined to keep his family safe in this time of peril, and away from any more dangers. They'd been through enough already.
---
Meanwhile in La Morte, Nefertiti was getting the same bug as Romeo... Boredom. Her mother, father, and uncle's radiating anger seemed to only perplex her, and make her oddly mischievous. As soon as the three of them would get lost in conversation, she would attempt to slip away quietly. Maybe to go visit those cubs that she'd been wanting to play with, but wasn't quite sure how to approach them...
But alas, she was intercepted promptly by two of her older cousins, both with smirks on their faces. "Where do you think you're going, squirt?"
Nefertiti rolled her eyes, trying to blatantly walk past them as if they weren't there. "Gonna go explore, duh- HEY!"
She had hardly gotten any explanation out before she was scooped up by Halo, she have a soft grumble. "You guys are the worst cousins ever."
"Oh yeah, we know." Rikke snorted light-heartedly, accompanying her half sister to return the little escapee. Sinna would be beyond pissed if the cub happened to slip away from their sight- which Nefertiti was already known for doing. Now was just not the time for games like this.
And their father for that matter... He seemed ready to start reeling at any moment. Tail lashing as his eyes caught Jaaku, burning hate in his soul for the demonics that had invaded his land. Killed his father. As if it wasn't bad enough that Anazari had become Queen without his say, now they were thrown into this shit? For his luck, Anazari would turn belly up to those bastards and let them take over their pride. The sheer thought alone made him growl inwardly. Only one thing kept him utterly grounded... And that was the fact that the murderer he wanted to wrap his teeth around was not among them. Reagan... Where had that bastard gone?
---
Within the meeting, Pascal spoke up once the other's had finished. Even if Mahya wasn't going to speak, Pascal felt the need to make themselves known as well, when the circle of comments came around to them. "We've already been through enough as it is, now would not be the time for making enemies." He stated curtly.
---
Syndrome is beside his sister and Osiris, showing his support for the young king and ready to leap to his nephew and prides protection if need be.

Jasper followed along with the group, sticking to his family. With fur so thick as his, the cutting wind never caused him to feel cold. Some of the larger scars were exposed to the biting blizzard winds, but when his wings were folded, nothing touched him. As best he could, he acted a barrier to the cold for his children and relatives, even Caine if the brute so wished. His wings often spread and hung over others, radiating heat down upon those he offered shelter. Those not related could seek safety from the cold underneath him or even atop him in the thick mane that ran down his spine. The behemoth had been a bit quieter than usual since fixing Caspian's leg. There was no explanation from him and even inquiry could not cause him to offer one. He was sensitive to things others were oblivious to, and it caused him incredible agitation. They were closing in on other prides and there was one in particular that could cause things to end very poorly. Perhaps resulting in the death of himself and others if he could not remain in control of his lust for vengeance. And there was no one who quite realized the depth of his hatred for one individual. Or remembered why. Jasper's ability to cope with loss was stunted, despite his years and experience with it. He was so used to being able to sway and manipulate events that when something horrid happened that he could not reverse, his mental state went to hell and did not fully recover for a significant length of time… or he had balanced things, in his own warped way. He was observant as the leader's motioned for the pride to stop. Jasper slowed, but did not stick to the back of the group. Instead, he prowled up to a spot where he could view who was gathering, which was not terribly close, given his height. For the moment, it seemed like the ally was simply offering his support, given his alert, serious expression. But as everyone gathered, his burning gaze fell on a gray and white female with brilliant pink eyes. Najisi. His demeanor changed, not drastically, but one could tell that some vile brewed beneath the skin. The female should has been dead if looks could kill. Wrath did not fill him, instead, his gaze was icy, colder than anything one might experience from him. All he could feel was his abhorrence of her very existence. Part of the reason he had not joined Meurtrier upon his rebirth could be tied to Kejethan’s death. Jasper wanted his freedom to act as a lone agent of anarchy should he so desire. His idea of justice was not usually synonymous with others’. His was far more cruel and extreme. But with his recent mellow behavior, he assumed many had forgotten how capable he was. That any fear toward himself or his brother only came from their sheer size and the old tales of infamy had faded. Jasper's jaw slowly dropped a bit and a low rumble left his chest, making the top of the snow about his bounce and vibrate. The air about him started dropping further in temperature and frost started to form on his fur. His upper lip wrinkled and pulled back in disgust. The desire to lunge across and initiate a deathmatch with the femme was almost overpowering, but some semblance of rationality and sanity rooted him to where he was. There would be consequences to such that would harm more than just him. The hatred slowly turned to wrath and he whipped around as the inner conflict rose. It was not intentionally dramatic, but the snow was stirred into a cloud of white that obscured his dark form as he retreated, a feeble attempt at preventing himself from doing something vile. Thoughts raced through his head, destructive, provoking words. He began answering himself eventually as he distanced himself slightly. “No. They don't know,” he hissed, voice just above a whisper. “They should, they don't. No one cares, no one knows, no one fears… I can change that. She understands. Always has. Accepts… yes…” As he continued to mumble, his eyes turned white as he searched beyond where he was. What had held him back before was what was now considered a misguided sense to protect others from his abilities. That if he were to perform as he would now in the current state of the earth, he could bring more problems to them. But no rationality remained. He could do it, and that was all that mattered now. Instead of thinking of the consequences of his actions, he walked further from the group. When he was maybe one hundred feet away, tail waving behind him, he parted his maw. Jasper reader up and raked his claws through the air. Reality was torn as his claws pass through but, glowing like embers. He pulled at the edges of his “hole” until it was large enough for him to pass through. He did not care if its energies escaped into the world around him as he entered. Jasper had no sovereign, no leader, he would do as he pleased. Who might think to stop him? He only wanted one thing right now. Asesino.
Victor found himself growing tense as the groups neared one another. Only because he was aware of his father's presence and his father's hatred for Najisi. For once, he felt fear. That he would be forced to chose between his pride and his parent. Either one would be a death sentence from the other. Lies and secrets would come to light if Jasper made a move on the monarch and he did not act. Some would question. But face his father and betraying his family would be certain death. He felt sick. In an odd sort of way, the mute seemed even quieter than usual, if such were possible. He did not interact much except to accept comfort from Casket and look over his fellow pride members. He had yet to even openly admit who his parents were. People were obviously aware he was a Crimson, but he had never owned up to being the monstrous progeny of the patriarchs themselves. It was not something he was still very keen on sharing. He moved toward the front of the group when everyone stopped and easily glimpsed Jasper. And he read the emotions across his father's face. While it was obvious the male had some desire to attack and kill someone up there, to Victor, it was apparent as to who. His tattered ears laid flat to his skull and he stepped back before returning to Casket. If Jasper made his move on the first queen, he wanted no part of it. He moved to Casket and pressed his head into his lover's shoulder and groaned softly. His fur suddenly flew on end as he felt Jasper suddenly invoke a more powerful magic than he was used to. What was Jasper going to do? Victor did not dare look, though.
Caspian had been waiting better since Jasper had healed him. As if he had never been harmed. But his eldest father had been acting strangely. He did not question it too much, since there were parts of Jasper he could never comprehend, but the near silence was… different. The behemoth had never been so quiet for any reason. Even when emotional, he could blather meaninglessly for hours over ridiculous things, just to make himself feel better. But now? He spoke when addressed, but that was the extent of it. He kept it to himself and looked to Casper and Cocaine for support. He watched Jasper move with Caine, but only became concerned when Jasper spun around and moved from the front. And the look on his face sent chills down Caspian's spine. He moved to follow his father, but soon stopped after a few steps. He heard Jasper talking to himself just barely and his concern for his father morphed into worry for all he was around. His posture changed to submission as he realized then what his father was doing and all the possibilities that could arise as Jasper ripped reality to move through some place unknown.

if no gust of wind, ignoresorry, sleepy but wanted desperately to get this out to you guys. Im sorry for how bad it sucks and how long I've made you all wait [PTabbedContent=Round 'em Up] [PTab=Leaders Interaction] Caliver | Meur | Jaaku | Mali | Viridus | LM & Guild |
Caitlyn & Donato || Alec'tar || Orpheus || Aidan & Nixen || Irida, Ceril, & Ixis Rae || Reno II & Casey || Dazarus || Mahya II & Toir || Kestrin.
Eyes followed the angry lion from La Morte as he turned his back on the gathering and moved towards his pride. The emotions boiling within him were palpable to them all, as perceptive leaders, but not a soul commented on it. It would have done no good to do so. Reno felt it more than any other, his nearness and being his twin... His jaw clenched shut tightly as he felt his twin's anger grow. He wondered if perhaps that anger was not at their sister and mother alone, but at him as well. The growl that followed had Reno's fur standing on edge and he could not help but eye him warily. What reason did Nero have to growl at him? For not wanting a fight? It'd be clawing at death's door to do so. But his gaze turned to his mother and he couldn't help but disagree. They'd do just fine without the others before them in his opinion, but he did not say a thing against it. Because in this moment, it was better than anything else. He knew his... Siblings were in Meurtrier. No doubt his mother would try and reach them. And if she were going to at all, it'd be better where he'd be able to keep an eye on her safety. He couldn't help but watch out of the corner of his eye as Nero turned away and walked off and prayed Calvin would be able to calm him down. Dazarus, holding tightly onto Isaac watched his mother with approval glimmering in his eyes.
Orpheus could not help the twitch of his lip at Najisi's word. Part of him would have easily stated that La Morte could very well stick to their own if it pleased but it was not long after that Alecto spoke, followed by the male leader Hellion. He kept his jaw shut for the moment, considering the words stated. And then the female stepped forward with the startling orange mane. She'd only taken one step before eyes turned to another - the air suddenly tight with tension as the behemoth moved about. And it was his rearing up and literally tearing the world apart that had shouts of alarm ringing from a variety of felines. Orpheus remained steady, his jaw clenched and his claws digging into the powdery and soft snow underneath them as he watched Jasper but more so than that, he watched with startling clarity, what unfolded around the beast.
Mahya called to Sicarius the moment things seemed to explode around them, flicking her tail at Toir to return to their pride's side and have them converge around him - steady, strong, one. Irida moved not as she watched with fascination at the display before her - if perhaps a bit of fear, ignoring her son whom jerked down at her side - the wind that suddenly escaped strong and almost snapping his wings open for his height. Caitlyn - flinched and took a step back before holding herself steady and turning to face her brothers, confusion fluttering about her face as she silently asked Casper and Caspian if either of them knew what was going on. Reno's lip curled into a sharp snarl without sound as he took several steps back towards La Morte - and several steps further away from the sight before him - was Jasper going to kill them all? Aidan and Nixen pressed tightly to one another and merely called for Jaaku to remain close to Meurtrier - but they would remain beside Orpheus' side.
Until this madhouse was down on all paws, nothing would be said, and they would watch in silence, wonder, fear, apprehension, and tension.

Flomaton remained closely pressed to his mother's side. Vaako with Akemi and Julilia, Kiyoko and Dajra among them. Toir returned swiftly to Morrigan's side and echoed Mahya's call for Sicarius to converge around him - there was no leaving one another on their own, and all cubs to be protected. Of course, he did so without calling attention to them, with murmurs passed from one to another that slowly was picked up, echoed, and acted upon so that they did not call other prides to look upon them. Not that they would anyway, because even they could hardly pay scant of attention at the sight before them. The Hellions within Irida's pride, unused to such actions, could hardly find it within them not to shout in fright - except for Irida's steady and sure frame before them as she seemingly failed to react to the large creature's actions. Not a one of them would see the glint of fear in her eyes.

Creatures of Meurtrier, Caliver's, and Jaaku were not unused to the founding Crimsons' unprecedented actions and magic. Of this degree however... Was another thing entirely. They watched in a variety of awe, surprise, and shock, curiosity rippling among them as to what set him off. Some, like Shinku, could only think of how it was La Morte's presence... Connecting his father's mood immediately with that of his brother's death. Because even he could not help but feel a burst of fury at seeing the pride before them - and no action taken. But his own fury was dwarfed by that of his father's, without a doubt. He could only watch what was unfolding like every other. Alec'tar jerked in fear, and it was only Mystic's quick thinking that kept him from running off to his mother as she pulled him close to her. Kairos held onto her daughter, as Iona held onto Jesse in Aidan's stead. Oscar and Alistair pressed against their respective mothers, as Jupiter, Primrose, Darian, Darius, and Shaw were watched closely by their own respective caretakers.

Thankfully far from the rage taking place off in the northwest, Anemia followed Osiris with unyielding support. She kept Baylee and Neldor securely with her and as warm as possible - even as she grieved over losses of others, like Jyota. Asylum, Equinox, Satrin, and Prion also kept close, Arlo and Arianna keeping to their mothers and Haakon II more than likely carried dutifully by his own mother. It was without a doubt that when they settled, they were all grateful for the reprieve. A reprieve that seemingly did not last long as another group came to spot them. But as Anemia took the situation in, she could not help but move to her nephew and murmur gently to them that the other group remain here. That they work together. More adults around meant more for hunting - for both of them. And they looked so exhausted she couldn't ignore it. But she said it softly enough that no one but Osiris and possibly Syndrome if he was close enough, would hear.

Cyber watched the four leaders with a narrowed gaze, unbiased towards any of them, but disapproving of all four. Still, no one would catch this from him as all eyes turned towards Jasper Danika shrinked into her brother Deizel, Shakkou pressed tightly into Casey, Zane, Elyssia and Raius all ducking into Kaian, whom remained firmly over them. The sudden burst of excitement from within Meurtrier seemed to shatter the peace, many in Meurtrier itself gasping, pulling their families closer, and looking with horror at whatever the hell Jasper was doing. Circa's hackles slot up and she whipped Romeo under her paws protectively, even the chipper cub was puffed up and huddled against his mother's leg. Her gaze quickly sought out all her cubs before she sought out Osic's, and then Orpeheus's in heavy question.
In the back of Meurtrier's group, another large beast of Meurtrier rose warily at the sudden commotion, clearly seeing Jasper's frustration explode. His eyes were wide with a sinking fear quickly knotting in his stomach as he watched the situation unfold, his limbs involuntarily wanting to move forward- but he held himself stiffly. His fear was not based on what Jasper himself was doing- mind boggling as it may be- the male was strange and he knew that.
It was who his anger was seemingly aimed towards.
Brutus was on his paws in seconds as well, his lip curling with a low growl as he came up on the other side of the medics defensively. Casket himself was taken aback by the sudden change in atmosphere, and pressed into Victor just as he pressed into him. "What is he doing?" Casket gasped, his voice managing to shake a bit. It was directed toward his lover, but he really didn't even expect an answer. Victor seemed uncharacteristically reluctant to even look, and that only made the young male more confused. What was going on?
Andromeda leaned into her sister Danika, and Pascal threw an arm in front of Trinity protectively, everyone else on all sides wondering what Jasper was going to accomplish here.

Nero and Calvin were already well beyond hearing point when Najisi had growled, with Nero's quick and stormy pace. They had settled at the back of La Morte, quite a distance from the rest. Calvin tried three times to groom Nero in hopes it would settle him, but it only had the opposite effect. Eventually Calvin gave in and remained seated near Nero, but with no form of intimacy. Nero was still brewing hot enough to melt the snow (but not really) when Jasper's sudden and dramatic departure shook both of them, Calvin more than Nero.
Though it was that display of power that captivated Nero more than scared him. The twin-leader had moved forward, albeit not by much, to watch Jasper leave through a hole in reality. He had never seen anything like it and it was that brutal, raw power that left his mind reeling in with the possibilities. As soon as Jasper was out of sight and into the unknown, Nero spun and stormed into Calvin's face.
"I need you to do me a favor." He snapped, loudly at first. When he spoke again his voice was quieter, aware that some in the back-end of La Morte had momentarily turned their attention on him. "A big favor."
"Wh-what?" Calvin stuttered as his attention swayed from the scar Jasper had left behind in their world to his lover. "Yeah.. sure. What is it?" He was still shaken from the shock and fear of what Jasper had done, his attention barely given to Nero until the male pressed his nose to Calvin's, looking him dead in the eyes.
"I need you to get Caine to get Jasper to meet with me in private." Nero whispered. Calvin's attention was, by that point, completely on and in shock of what Nero was asking. That shock only continued to grow as Nero continued to quietly explain his intentions. Though alongside shock was sympathy and understanding, gradually overshadowing the initial shock of the request as Nero seemingly pleaded for this. Ultimately, Calvin agreed - though not without condition. Their conversation too quiet for anyone else to listen in on, and short enough to have lasted only as long as Jasper had been gone.
Carnal had practically been doing mental flips when her mother spoke. She recognized Najisi's voice easily. What the La Morte queen had to say, however, left something bitter in Carnal's mouth and nothing left to be desired. "Pheh, maybe her hatred is petty, but I have valid reasons." She muttered beneath her breath, somewhat aimed at her family around her.

When Reno II backed down at the display, she stood her ground. If there was to be a fight here and now, La Morte would not make the first move. She stood there and awaited Meurtrier's decision. Smoke rolled off as Jasper as he entered the dark, new realm. He relied on senses other than those mortals were accustomed to so that he may navigate the darkness. The magic he could feel was as black as the area that surrounded him, and in his defiance, light arose from him. If what had taken his love was a monster of darkness, he would be her warrior of light, ever proving he was more than he seemed. A blinding, all consuming light rolled off the monster as his dark pelt was shed for white and gold hues, brilliant flames spreading along his neck and spine like the man of a lion. Eight eyes formed and floated around his head as his own red eyes closed and seemed to disappear. Fire engould the tip of his tail another eye appeared there as well. Faint hints of enochian appeared on his form. Not only was the aura of this realm oppressingly dark, he could feel he was being watched. Something was observing him. It was not the creator of the realm, but the holy beast remained irked none the less. “You are known to me, dark puppet master,” he thundered, his voice certainly carrying the notes of before, but somehow seeming far more righteous, each sentence a declaration. “Hear me. You may play your pawns on your own time, but I will make this tale my own.” The touch of this magic was noted so that some day if he did encounter whom this had orginated from he would recognize it. Eagle wings spread from his back and he burst forward, soaring to Asesino, even as the darker magics whipped at his being. It was a nearly toxic environment to this form, but he endured, even if he felt himself a bit drained. His defiance was ever remarkable. Time passed as he moved closer to his mate, traveling the unfamiliar dimension and for once uninterested in its secrets. He would have rather seen it destroyed. Finally, Jasper sensed he was near where She was being kept and fazed out of existence, only to appear with her. He took in her scent and his eyes flew from around his head to inspect the red feline. Unharmed, but not conscious. And… wrath bloomed within him for a moment as he could tell there was more than her own life within her. It was obvious. When they returned to Novis he would awaken her, but not here in this blank, strange realm. The blazing behemoth lifted a paw and once again, his claws tore through reality and he could see through the tear he had left when he had departed. He realized he had left the portal open. His ears flattened and white eyes opened as his picked up his love and prepared for the worst. He stepped out, carrying Asesino in his jaw like a cub and spotted the other felines he had startled by his rash departure. He used his tail to move his mate onto his fiery shoulders, though she would only feel a pleasant warmth, sheltered from the bitter cold. Jasper prepared to seal the gate, but an eye around his head twitched and followed a little wisp of darkness escaping from another realm he had accidentally torn into in his haste. The imp began to form, too weak to be much of a threat, even to a cub. Its form was grotesque and bipedal, small in stature and skeletal. Jasper wrinkled his lips in disgust and spoke word in a beautiful language and the demon disappeared, dissolving into mist and disappearing back the the rift in space. Still, Jasper appeared relived that the imp was all that had escaped… that he knew of. A grimace formed as a more rational and exceedingly moral mindset prevailed while he contemplated how many creatures from the netherworlds could have escaped while he sought the daughter of Dante. The angelic creature took a deep breath and inhaled the portal, destroying it entirely. Fatigue began to plague him soon after, his mortal body no longer suited to bear either side of his heritage for any period of time. He turned his head to the side as his eight floating eyes gazed upon the masses, along with the one in his tail flame. The white eyes in his skull blinked and the pale creature blinked. His form hurt to gaze upon, giving off a light that was as bright and pure as the sun. Jasper remained silent, not giving any a hint to who he was, save for the fact that he had been carrying his mate. Slowly his light began to fade and his body shuddered again under the burden of power he was attempting wield. Darkness returned to his fur in wisps of mist, the wreath of fire and eyes dissolving, thick, black fur coating his body, highlighted with a maroon underside. Scars appeared in the familiar pattern, as did the saber fangs and massive horns. Once again, he was the Jasper some loved, some feared and most just steered clear of.
Caspian had waited for the return of his less sane father along side his twin, grumbling and nuzzling Casper. “He's gone off the deep end by his own standards, I think,” he commented. Upon Jasper's return, he was confused. He had never seen this beast of overwhelming light, but as much as it contradicted the normal looks, he was instinctively aware that this was indeed his father. It was only further confirmed when Jasper morphed back into his usual self. Confusion showed until he saw the brilliant red fur in his father's mane. He looked over to Caine, half tempted to question his father of logic.
Nero’s snapping had intially caught his attention but soon Victor felt Zelophehad’s nose at his side and he glanced toward his son and then to his love. The pale owl flitted down and landed on the brutish healer's head. “That is Jasper. His twin Neo was present in the attack in Areleth.” His head turned to where the rift in reality remained with glowing edges, leading to a place of darkness. “He's moving between dimensions.” His attention was drawn again as it seemed like the sun was rising from the portal. Instead, he just felt the aura of a far more holy version of his father. He looked to the beast of light and watched as it turned back into his father and flattened tattered ears. He looked behind to Nero and Calvin, watching their conversation end. What was going on?

Caitlyn & Donato || Alec'tar || Orpheus || Aidan & Nixen || Irida, Ceril, & Ixis Rae || Reno II & Casey || Dazarus || Mahya II & Toir || Kestrin.
Nearly as soon as it started, it seemed to be over. But in that small time frame of Jasper's display of God-like powers, terrifying things more than likely had entered in their realm - as was proven by Jasper's return. The display was something certainly to be commended, and the bright red spot upon the males back from a distance was by far noticeable. Yet still, the leaders brought themselves back together and before Orpheus looked upon them all. "We should do as suggested. Move forward. Find a place to stay for the night that has some shield from these winds and possibly even set up rotations so we can all remain warm. There's enough of us now to do so - if we are all in agreement?" He asked the one question that would ease any recoils of feeling commanded - or so he hoped, as he spoke loud enough to be heard but no more.
Caitlyn gave a nod of her head, as did Aidan and Nixen. Reno II hesitated for a moment as he glanced over his shoulder at Nero first, worry flickering in his gaze before it settled on his sister - whom he was grateful towards for the comfort given - and his mother. Then he voiced his agreement in a quiet assent. Irida tilted her head momentarily before nodding, but her own gaze couldn't help but remain upon the behemoth that had returned, curiosity flickering within the depths of those yellow eyes. Mahya and Toir did not even glance at one another before flicking their tails simultaneously to gather the pride together. Irida looked over her shoulder at her pride, flicking her tail for the same. Orpheus, Caitlyn, Aidan and Nixen looked over their shoulders to give a soft jerk of their heads to call to their own prides, Donato following Caitlyn's motions easily as he gathered the Caliver's to move forward. But as respectful as they were being at this moment - they were not waiting around for the others to make their decision.

Kestrin waited close to her brother, but closer still to the pride. She was tense, standing off to the side on her own, Jordan near her with her teal wing draped over her frame. Kestrin had gotten used to her just as much as she'd gotten used to Celeste when she was but a child. And now as everything seemingly fell apart into something far unknown, she wasn't sure what to make of it. A glance around told her many of them were uncertain as to what just took place. Terrifying. It was terrifying that they were going to be traveling with.. With them. December and Amarramine had not pulled themselves out of grief at their mother's passing, and Vaako remained tense, wary, as Julilia and Akemi remained on either side of him, Kiyoko and Dajra with the respective sister. They were not Hellions or Hellbeasts... And it was not to be forgotten any time soon.
Tension remained true to his name in this moment even as Karissa, with Ellek under her, pressed into his side. Glances were shared among them all, Tazell, Aresis and Serenity actually remaining close to each other, Riddick and Virus near by. Apa and Sepheral leaned intto one another. Ixis Rae, her belly showing, remained true as she headed the Hellions - still not having relinquished her hold as their leader quite yet, even though she bowed to Irida in gratitude. Her and Ceril pulled them together.

Caitlyn, Donato, Brook, Joshua, Campion, Ciel, Ivan, Memmo. || Mystic, Lavender, Lilac, Letti, Alec'tar, Adalyn, Kasteo, Sota, Remark. || Orpheus, Ali, Asesinato, DarkStar, Devyn, Iris, Jocelyn, Malluce, Samara, Shinku, Finn, Fiona, Kadence, Kenya, Neraine, Vespera, Vitanali, Zoria, Leonardo, Shaw, Jade, Kyali, Alistair, Oscar, Darian, Darius, Jupiter, Primrose, Tane. || Aidan, Nixen, Raxon, Azalea, Kairos, Jesse, Iona.
Everything calmed it seemed as they gathered themselves together. Caitlyn however, was not blind to a sudden flare of color in the background beyond her pride as she looked them over. Curiosity filled her, but with Cryos among the Caliver's, she was not sure whom she could ask - or spare - to go see if it was a feline in need of help. Donato could not go and she wouldn't dare send Brook on her own. Jasper needed his space, and Caspian and Casper... She couldn't ask that of her brothers. Her eyes turned to her father and 'mother' briefly before she turned away. No. Donato could take lead. She would take a moment to fall behind. Nudging her Second, Donato understood the unspoken plea and he continued to move forward, motioning to the gray BloodBeast to stay near him as he did so. And Caitlyn made sure they were all walking before she trotted back the opposite direction. She would not know that she was about to get quite a shock.
Those of Malificus were exhausted, but having already traveled this far with the others, knew that they would still be going forward - especially at Alecto's earlier welcoming words. Still, they would wait for her before they even begun to move forward. Mystic was leaning heavily into Sota and Adalyn, whom was on either side ofher. Kasteo was not far from them, with Remark near by and Lavender and Lilac were.
Neraine watched Jasper with knowing eyes, the softest of sounds escaping her maw that no one would hear - not even Zoria whom was standing right next to her. The began moving with the others but something around Neraine ruffled in the air before it stilled eerily so. Zoria cast a wary glance at her then as something seemed off, but otherwise moved forward. They easily caught up to Vespera - whom was walking next to her mother and several of her siblings. Vitanali was not with her for once, as she remained close to her own mother, the sudden tragedy pushing aside her differences during this time frame. Iris and Devyn were also close by with their own children, along with others. Tane, near Gatsby, Primrose near her father. DarkStar with his family, near Shinku and his family. And yet, they were all in seemingly the tightest of clusters it seemed.

Reno, Casey, Cyber, Shakkou, Zane, Elyssia, Raius, Kaian, Diezel, Danika, Colton, Camry, Gale | Dazarus, Isaac
Even though Reno nodded, he still awaits for his mother and sister to agree, though he's certain they - or at least his mother - won't. Because he cannot fathom her passing up a chance to get close to Meurtrier - not with history it feels like. But as the prides 'meeting' of sort disintegrate into their own groups once more, Casey is at his side without hesitation, Cyber slightly behind her with Shakkou atop his back once more. The silence among them is nearly deafening. But as Reno looks around once more, his eyes again land upon his brother, which, now that he thinks about it, seems the slightest bit more calmer... No. Focused. His twin is not calm at all. He is not the only one whom notices though as he meets Casey's wary gaze. Cyber follows their gaze for a moment - but it doesn't not settle upon whom they are looking at. There are three dark spots among the white moving towards them. It takes a moment to garner their attention to this fact and Reno is softly calling his mother's name.
Dazarus, with Isaac atop his own back, move towards his mother side to give her the softest nuzzles and questions what she wants to do with his gaze and nothing more.
