Tenebrous Donovan - Iden
Still he did not move. But his eyes narrowed on one approaching his sister Everest. The bush he was under began to growl as he bristled up. Ten was well aware there wasn't much he could do in the way of protecting Everest, or any of his siblings. But there was hatred on his face as the bigger female nudged his sister. Even as his sister was returned to their mother, he sank his little claws into the dirt to anchor him down. The hell they were getting him out. He'd rip up someone's nose first.

Kuhtel warily emerged at the call of his aunt, puffed up to twice his size and yellow eyes gaping as he peered out cautiously from the brush. Take him? Take him where? Any movement toward him sent him darting back into the shrubbery, wedging himself into the branches. If they wanted him, they'd have to pry him out- yelling sure as hell wasn't gonna cut it.
Casket yelped as Rajari hit him in the face, a claw catching his brow and slitting it. He backed up in a daze, but then raised his lip in frustration. "We don't have time for this!" He snarled in warning. There was no way he'd be able to get to this cub and safety transport him back with his mother like this. She'd attack him and put her son's life in jeopardy. Green eyes quickly sought out Philia and Reno, and he gave a crying chuff to get their attention. Help!
If Rajari needed to be restrained, that was just what would have to happen. That, or Kucha would die from his wounds while his mother vainly battled for his life. But he didn't want that to happen, gods not yet... He hadn't even got a chance to know his half-nephew's name.

Reno II, Casey, Cyber, Kaian, Ulani, Diezel, Danika, Colton
Raius
Raius was frozen in pure fear - he'd not move ever since Reno came over him, his eyes remained wide as he stared at everything going on. The big lion with the scarred one, the other lion with his mother. It was overwhelming to him. It was overwhelming to Reno too. But Reno kept his crouched position and it was only shortly after he noticed another cub was still underneath him. Good. Two cubs were safe. The other three were still in the bushes. But things were calming. Victor dragged Brutus - unconscious now, away and no doubt was setting up to take care of his sister's cub. Athena landed and demanded all cubs be returned to their mother, but Reno stuck to the other two under him, slowly rising. He couldn't approach her. "Casey."
The female rushed forward and slowly edged towards Rajari. "Rajari. Sister. Please. Kucha needs treatment, Casket needs to take him. Your other cubs need you darling." She murmured gently, crouched and slowly edging forward. Reno ducked his head down to nudge the two cubs underneath him forward - but Raius was still terrified. He sighed. "Picking up any of the cubs is a bad idea right now. We don't need to traumatize them. And we don't need to try to pin down their mother either." He said with a look towards Casket - but he was speaking softly enough for only them to really hear - Rajari was off in a different place now.

Rajari Kain-Donovan Rajari slumped back, only half listening to the voices. Her ears were flat and she could only growl. But because of Reno, she allowed Casket to take Kucha. She wanted to find her other cubs. But she felt so weak in this moment. She chuffed for missing cubs. Chuffing and calling, begging them to answer. She was numb to everything but her cubs. They were the priority. She slowly began moving about, bumping past others as if they weren't even there. Chuffing, chuffing, chuffing. Where were the rest of her litter? She only really knew where Raius and Everest were. The others wouldn't come out of hiding. She didn't see where ten tor Vitalis went. Then she saw movement. A bush shaking volently as if someone was scrabbling under it. She chuffed and moved to it. There was Kuthel. Three cubs accounted for... Now where were the other three?

Kaisa Caliver-Kain
She heard a female's voice shoot out orders to look for the siblings that had scattered, but her eyes were on Rajari. She focused on her mother and was confused as to why she wouldn't let the male take care of Kucha. It looked like he could help, and he looked willing. Kaisa wasn't sure what to make of the situation now; she was still scared and overwhelmed by the whole ordeal. She moved closer to Raius, seeking some form of comfort.
With the nudge from the male that stood over them, she flinched slightly but calmed down as soon as she realized his intentions were harmless. She stepped forward slightly, however she did not move from Reno's shadow. Plus, her brother seemed frozen and she was not inclined to leave him. It was more comfortable for her to be with a sibling at this point. She leaned into Raius, not at all surprised that he was frozen; her body would still shake in fear every now and again. Kaisa watched on as her mother went to find her siblings.

As soon as he sought the opportunity, Casket picked up the bleeding cub and went on his way- not even waiting for anything else to happen before he darted off back to camp with the cub in-hand. He'd hold no ill-feelings toward Rajari for scratching his face a bit, in fact he'd already forgotten by the time he got halfway closer, his mind was very focused on trying to save this child before it was too late. As he rounded the hill toward camp, he was thankful that Victor was likely already waiting for him in the medic's den. His suspicions were confirmed when he entered the den, to see Victor had already set up the area in full.
Relief overcame him when he knew now the cub was safe within their den, but they were nowhere near out of the forest. He carefully lay the cub down in the spot Victor had placed for him, and he backed away to let Victor work. "I don't think most of his face will be savable on the sides where it's ripped, and his eye will have to be completely removed- it's been punctured. The bridge of his nose is badly broken, partially torn off... Good possibility of his skull being slightly fractured or cracked, no doubt..." He started to babble, stuff that Victor could easily figure out on his own, but he was mostly saying it for his self as well. Laying out all the issues in order to see the best course of action.
But now the cub was in Victor's hands, more able because of his greater knowledge and dexterity, he'd deal with this much better than Casket- but in the meantime, Casket could prepare the herbs and make sure his partner constantly had what he needed to work.
Back at the disaster area, Kutel had found his mother, but he was shaking badly and unwilling to move. Voices were getting tossed all around him, and he found himself constantly looking over his shoulder and all around for the next possible beast attack. The poor male would be traumatized after what he'd just seen, unfortunatly he wasn't young enough to bounce back from that so easily. Perhaps he would in the long run, but it would depend soley on how his mother would handle the situation. And so far... It wasn't a good outlook.

Victor looked up as Casket entered the den and fiddled with his rock bowl some more before putting it in the fire and stoking it so his concoction purified. He motioned with his paw as Casket laid the cub down in front of him where he had set up. He turned and transfered the liquid from its bowl to a bottle where he put his paw over the top and put in front of the cub's face, letting his paw off and letting the child breath the vapor before pouring a bit on where he was going to work. It was a variant of opium, and thus the effect would be quite powerful. He looked at the face and unsheathed his claws, biting off the sharp point of all but his index and his dewclaw. Blood was soon on his paws as he began to in depth examine the damage. The cub was not conscious, but the possibility of the child waking and being in pain was not ideal. Even unconscious and in pain would be bad. He pulled a jar over and left the lid of for a while. He cleaned the wounds with moss soaked in a strong smelling liquid that had been fermented from potatoes. Felt the head and frown and grabbed the wrappings and slowly began to bind the head carefully to force the fracture close. It was not huge, but it would be a problem down the road. He looked at the eye and delicately removed the ruined flesh.
Othello swooped into the den at incredible speed and land by Casket. "Sorry," he hooted. "Alright, so Victor will need several hours of time to reconstruct this child's face. Why don't you tend to your wounds? Calm everyone down? Victor is too focused on the little one to talk so... Brutus will need taken care of at some point." Othello was simply trying to communicate some of the thoughts he could pick up from the feline. He then began to flit around, grabbing things which were taken by Victor he worked.

I hope no one minds if I post ;o;
![Vitalis](http://i.imgur.com/UEMMreV.png) Vitalis wasn't budging. The violet pelted cub curled up beneath his small white wings, trembling as he licked his wounds. His wings were stained red from his own blood, and he tried to get rid of the gross color. It scared him. Everything scared him. He couldn't hear the world around him, only the drumbeat of the blood pounding in his ears. All he could see was the scene play out in from of him, his brother getting pummeled, his sides being torn. What did he do wrong? He couldn't understand it.
In a sudden fit of terror he brought upon himself, the cub started shrieking, crying out for help as he was balled up in a mess of fur, feathers and blood.
